When we view the list of attendees in the event’s screen we see this:
Total Tickets Sold: 33
Complete: 33
Total RSVPs: 0
Going: 0
Not Going: 0
Deleted Attendees: 9
However when we download the list of attendees we get a total of 25. The orders screen shows:
Total Sales: £1,435.00 (33)
Completed: £1,644.00 (33)
Processing: £0.00 (0)
Pending Payment: £0.00 (0)
Canceled: £0.00 (0)
My client is getting a little frustrated, rightly so, in that they can’t trust these numbers. I’ve seen at least one old ticket on here with no solution which says the same thing. Is there a fix for this bug? It’s quite fundamental that a system like this shows accurate sales figures.
