    I have 26 tickets that are the exact same as last years event. Is there a slick way to refresh the tickets and clear existing attendee info from the orders?

    Hello again Jake,

    There is no slick way unfortunately.

    You can try deleting all your eCommerce orders and delete attendees from the events, or you can dig into the database. But with that you will lose historical order and attendee data.

    But I believe in that time you can also set up the needed tickets.

    Although this might not be the solution you were hoping for, I hope it gives you some clarity.

    I’ll add this to the Trello. It would be ‘slicker’ to clear out the attendee on existing products that are seasonal rather than rebuild them.
