KeymasterHello Nick,
I am working on this together with a developer still. I’m still getting issues. The numbers vary, sometimes it’s 1-5, sometimes it’s 5-5. I just received something today from him that I need to test.
I’ll keep you posted. Thanks for your patience!
Cheers,

KeymasterHello Edmund,
Thanks for using our plugins and welcome to the forums! I’m sorry about this issue you are having with Event Aggregator, let me try to help you with that.
As a first, I’m really sorry, but we don’t provide email support, we only provide support here in the forums.
Forum reply notifications only get sent to the address in your My Account page. If you want replies to go to a different email, updating your account’s email is the only way our forum could send them to another email.
Apologies for the wrong information on the system information. You will find it under Events > Help. (Could you let me know where the Events –> Settings –> Help path was communicated to you so we can fix that? Thanks!)
On the issue at hand: I believe you cannot log in to Facebook as a “business page”, since those don’t have logins, but they are connected to users.
Try connecting Event Aggregator with your Facebook account. The go to Events > Import and in the URL field paste in the url of the Facebook business page, then hit “Preview”. (https://cloudup.com/cSXAd8C6LZ7)
Let me know if that helps you move forward.
If you keep having issues, please share with me the url of that Facebook page.
Thanks and looking forward to helping you solve this.

KeymasterHello Susie,
Thank you for reaching out to us and for your interest in our plugins! You have some great questions there, let me give you some answers and clarifications.
is the $289 a one-time fee for the year of support or is this an annual fee?
This is normally an annual fee. Well, you can pay it once and then not renew the license but that would leave you without any plugin updates and lack of support – in case needed. So if you would like to receive continuous updates for the plugins and / or premium support, you will need to renew the license annually.
Here are some more details on What support is provided for license holders?
Are there any special installation instructions or is it relatively easy to install the plugins?
There are no special instructions. You install the plugins just like any other WordPress plugin.
- Download
- In your Dashboard go to Plugins > Add new
- Click on the “Upload Plugin” button at the top
- Select the zip file and hit the “Install Now” button
Or via FTP
- Download
- Unzip the files
- Upload them to your wp-content/plugins folder
After this go to Plugins in your dashboard and activate them. Also, you might want to enter your license keys under the Events > Settings > Licenses tab, to receive automatic plugin updates.
Nothing else needed.
Is there a free trial available?
Unfortunately we don’t provide a free trial of our plugins, but we do have a thirty-day, no-questions-asked refund policy. If you try the plugins and you decide they are not suitable for you, then you can ask for a refund on the above url.
This page will give you a bit more information.
I hope these answer your questions. If you would have any more then I’d be happy to answer them for you, just let me know.

KeymasterHello Micah,
Thanks for going Pro and welcome to the forums!
I’m sorry about this issue you are having with the lost title. Let me try to help you solve this.
Thanks for sharing your system information! Based on that I see that you are using a quite recent version of The Events Calendar, however the Events Calendar PRO plugin is a bit outdated. So as a first I would recommend to update our plugins to the latest versions.
Before running the update it is good practice if you do a full backup of your site and database, just in case anything goes wrong.
Check if you are still experiencing the issue after the update. If the issue is still there, then in the next step switch to a default theme like twentyseventeen and check with that. If the issue is gone, then there’s some conflict with the theme you are using.
If the issue still persists, then running a full test for conflicts based on our guide is the next step to take.
Let me know the results and we’ll take it from there.
Thanks and cheers,

KeymasterHey Hans,
Your are right, it could be a bit more user friendly for sure. I’ll forward this to the appropriate people in the team so they can think about it.

KeymasterHello Janet,
Thanks for getting in touch with your issue! I’m sorry this is happening, let me try to help you solve that.
To be able to give you better support, could you please share your system information with me?
Here’s a handy guide how you can do that: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/Thanks!
Could you possibly share with me some more details and screenshots on how you set up the import?
- Go to Events > Import > Scheduled imports and edit the import that you have set up.
- The Events > Import > History tab
- A screenshot of Event > Settings > Imports page, most importantly the Event Update Authority section and the Google Calendar Import Settings section
- The bottom of the Events > Help page where you have the Event Aggregator System Status
Also if you could share with me the link to the feed that you are trying to import, that would be helpful as well.
Thanks and looking forward to solving this with you.

KeymasterHello Irina and thanks for reaching out to us with your question.
In order to be able to sell tickets with our Event Tickets Plus plugin you will also need an eCommerce solution like WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads, Shopp or WPEC. Without any of those it is not possible to sell tickets at the momentΒ – unless you develop some custom solution for yourself.
You will need to check if there is a payola gateway for any of the eCommerce solutions. I know that there is a stripe gateway that you can use with WooCommerce, so that could be a solution.
I hope this clarifies the topic. Do you have anything else I can help you with?
Thanks and cheers,

KeymasterHello Kyle,
Thanks for getting in touch with us with your question! I’ll help you with that.
Do you mean the registration form found at this URL:
https://www.falknerhouse.co.uk/brechin-place/admissions/registration-form/That contact form is not part of our plugin, I believe it is done with 123 Contact Form.
With our Event Tickets plugin you will be able to collect registrations / RSVPs for the events you create.
The Event Tickets Plus plugin (in combination with an eCommerce solution like WooCommerce, EDD, Shopp or WPEC) will allow you to sell tickets to events. You will also have the possibility to create a form and collect additional information for every ticket.
If you would like to create recurring events, then you will need our Events Calendar PRO plugin.
Note however, that at the moment it is not possible to create separate tickets for recurring event instances. If you create a ticket for a recurring event. Then that one ticket will be available for purchase for all event recurrences.
I hope this answers your questions. Let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.

KeymasterHey Johnny,
Brook was kind enough to help out with that as well.
Try this snippet for the iCal.
https://gist.github.com/andrasguseo/4a0ade5be8495c5dac34fc5a17f6dc59
Let me know how that works out.
If you want the ical link in a new line, then you might need to add a “
” before the
<a class="tribe-events-icalin this second snippet.
Does this do the trick?

KeymasterHello Shay,
Thanks for reaching out with this issue and I’m sorry this is happening.
I have checked the calendar on your site and the time of the event on May 15th seemed proper at 7pm both in the list view and in the month view. (https://cloudup.com/cy9K-BuR8Iq)
Did you meanwhile manage to fix the issue or are you still experiencing problems. Let me know, I’d be happy to help.
Cheers,
