Importer Bundle – 1. Annual Cost? 2. Special install instructions? 3. Trial?

We’re highly interested in purchasing the importer bundle for a business level website; is the $289 a one-time fee for the year of support or is this an annual fee?

Are there any special installation instructions or is it relatively easy to install the plugins?

Is there a free trial available? We’d like to see to what extent the design is customizable. The demo is great by the way! Just want to see how it functions on the backend.

Thank you for reaching out to us and for your interest in our plugins! You have some great questions there, let me give you some answers and clarifications.

 

is the $289 a one-time fee for the year of support or is this an annual fee?

This is normally an annual fee. Well, you can pay it once and then not renew the license but that would leave you without any plugin updates and lack of support – in case needed. So if you would like to receive continuous updates for the plugins and / or premium support, you will need to renew the license annually.

Are there any special installation instructions or is it relatively easy to install the plugins?

There are no special instructions. You install the plugins just like any other WordPress plugin.

1. Download
2. In your Dashboard go to Plugins > Add new
3. Click on the “Upload Plugin” button at the top
4. Select the zip file and hit the “Install Now” button

Or via FTP

1. Download
2. Unzip the files
3. Upload them to your wp-content/plugins folder

After this go to Plugins in your dashboard and activate them. Also, you might want to enter your license keys under the Events > Settings > Licenses tab, to receive automatic plugin updates.

Nothing else needed.

 

Is there a free trial available?

Unfortunately we don’t provide a free trial of our plugins, but we do have a thirty-day, no-questions-asked refund policy. If you try the plugins and you decide they are not suitable for you, then you can ask for a refund on the above url.
