    Hello again Wade,

I’m not familiar with the inner working of that SEO plugin. Might be that you need to delete the sitemap.xml file and let the plugin re-generate it with you. In any case I would try that step.

What you can also test is deactivating AIO-SEO Pro and activate the free version to see if there is any difference.

I just tested it on a second site with the latest versions of our plugins and AIO-SEO and I still couldn’t recreate the issue. You can check here.

Although I believe the issue is not with our plugin, if you send me over your AIO-SEO settings (if the free version produces the issue still, after recreating the sitemap) I can try to test that on my local install.

    Cheers,

    Hi Nick,

I hear some good news there, the scheduled imports are not being deleted any more. Yeay!!! 🙂

Next is to get them to run automatically within the timeframe that you have set up.

They display the wrong time but when I go in to edit it has the correct time.

You mean for example they show “run daily”, but when you edit they show “run weekly”, or something similar? What happens if you open them for edit and just save it? Does it then show the proper saved time everywhere?

These are the things we need to check:

    • Are you running the latest version of The Events Calendar? Version 4.5.5
    • What is your Event Aggregator System Status? You can find this at the bottom of the  Events > Help page and should look like this.
    • How are the scheduled imports set up to run? On demand or in a timely manner. (We can check this, as you have confirmed above. Just check the re-saving.)
    • Are any of the imports running or still none of them? What statuses do you get on the Events > Imports > History page?
    • What cron are you using now? Is it still define( ‘ALTERNATE_WP_CRON’, true ); ? What happens if you disable that?
    • Try setting up a brand new import (can be a small one with 1-2 events) with a 15-minute or half-hour schedule. Does that run as expected or also has issues?

Thanks for checking those! We’re getting close.

Unfortunately I don’t have that on hand but I tested it in my browser in responsive mode.

It looks like that either your phone screen has a very low resolution, so cannot properly render that window, or the browser is zoomed in.

Try setting the browser zoom to a lower level. You can also try using a different browser on the phone.

Can you also try on a different phone if you are experiencing the same? (I just checked on mine and all is good.)

    Thanks and cheers,

    Hello nysci,

The fix went out with this weeks updates. Updating all the plugins to the latest versions should help you with this issue.

Please note that it does not support ‘custom’ type rules created with 4.3.4 or earlier: these may or may not work and have glitches in some cases.

Also, if you did some changes to some events before the update, might not affect those.

Please let us know how the update / fix works out, we would very much welcome the feedback.

    Thanks,
    Andras

    Hello again,

I’m sorry to hear that didn’t help. This usually happens when there is some sort of caching is in place, and logged in users mostly don’t get the cached version of the page, only the non-logged in visitors.

Please try to check if any cached files remained in your installation. It can easily happen that even after the caching plugin is switched off / deactivated, the files created by the plugin are still served. This is usually when some rules in the .htaccess file are set up to look in a cache directory for static HTML files at first. Possibly if you look at your .htaccess file (normally in the root folder of your WordPress install) you will be able to find the folder where the cache is kept. (One possible location is wp-content/cache). Either rename the folder or remove its contents. Or remove the rules from the .htaccess file.

Alternative option, if the caching plugins have some accessible options in the dashboard, then re-activating them, go to the options, clear cache, disable plugin.

    Does this move us forward?

    Hey Antonio,

I just tested this on my local install with the most recent versions of the plugins and all worked fine for me. Did you also manage to update the Show and Print Tickets extension?

Can you test what happens if you select a different image for the tickets, or just re-select the old one? That might help refresh the link.

Let me know if that helps.

    Cheers,

    Hey Remy,

Thanks for going Pro and for reaching out! Let me help you with that one.

There is a nice setting for this called “End of day Cutoff”. You can find it under Events > Settings > General tab, looks like this:

    Cloudup jajadei5dbc

If you set that to 5am, then all multi-day events that end before 5am will only show up on the previous day.

Let me know if this solves it for you.

    Hello Russel,

Thanks for using our plugins and welcome to the forums!

Let me try to help you with your question.

As a first I just want to clarify that we don’t officially support qTranslate. It might be that we are missing something from our code that would make it work properly.

You mention the order confirmation mail. That is generated and sent out by WooCommerce.

A bit of background: when you create a ticket for an event, then a corresponding WooCommerce product is created. You can see all of them under Products in your backend, they just don’t show up in the frontend because they are hidden from the catalog.

When the order confirmation email goes out, that is the default WooCommerce order confirmation email which likely takes the product name from the WooCommerce Product and not the Ticket of The Events Calendar / Event Tickets.

For this I would suggest to check the web how WooCommerce emails can be translated with qTranslate.

I hope this will help you get started. Let me know if you have any more questions.

    Cheers,
    Andras
