KeymasterHi Maddie,
Sorry to hear that didn’t work out.
I forgot to tell you that you need to adjust the “Website Title” part so it matches the title of your website.
In order to be able to help you further with this, please share your system information with me.
Is there a specific setting in the theme for the browser title? What theme are you using?

KeymasterHello Trisha,
I just answered this in the other thread you opened.
I’m going to close this down so we don’t have a duplicate.

KeymasterHello Trisha,
Thanks for using our plugins and welcome to the forums!
Editing one’s submitted events is not possible without an account on the website. If you would like the users to be able to edit their events you will need to create an account for them (or they will need to register). In this case you should disable anonymous submissions.
This is also possible without the Members plugin.
Let me know if this helps and if you have any further questions.
Cheers,
AndrasAndras
KeymasterHello Sebastián,
Thanks for reaching out with your question.
Could you please specify further which page are you talking about. Is it the event list, the attendees page of an event or the orders page of an event? Or something else?
Independent of the location, for this you will likely need to modify one or more of the core plugin files. These modifications will be lost after a plugin update.
Once I know where exactly you want to make the modification I will be able to help you further.

I’m sorry you are experiencing this issue with the text tab. I have checked our recent versions with the twentyseventeen theme and all worked well.
Could you please go through our conflict testing guide and check if that uncovers something?

KeymasterSzia Gábor és üdv a fórumban!
I’ll keep this in English so others can pitch in as well in case it’s needed.
What is exactly that you would like to modify? I read the other thread and it wasn’t fully clear to me what modification the user wants. So it is better to clarify. 🙂
If you only want design changes in the email, that can potentially be done.
If you want to change the url where the QR points, I’ll need to check that.
Let me know and I’ll try to help you further.

KeymasterCiao Giacomo,
Thanks for using our plugins and welcome to the forums!
I’m sorry about this translation issue. I can help you fix this.
It looks like that some of the .po / .mo files haven’t been updated to the latest standing, so the original source string doesn’t exist in the \event-tickets\lang\event-tickets-it_IT.po file.
To fix this you can use either PoEdit or the Loco Translate plugin.
Open the \event-tickets\lang\event-tickets-it_IT.po file with PoEdit and go to Catalog > Update from POT file … option, and choose \event-tickets\lang\event-tickets.pot as a source. This should update the string set in the .po file and you should be able to find “Buy Now!”
Translate, save and upload the .po and .mo files to your server, preferably under wp-content/languages/plugins so your translations are kept even after a plugin update.
If you are using Loco Translate, then open your translation file there and hit the Sync button. And then save.
Let me know if this helps you fix it.
Cheers,

KeymasterWelcome back C,
Thanks for getting in touch!
I’m sorry you are experiencing issues with the user interface.
I guess you are having these issues when you try to create a new event or edit an old event.
The date picker should pop up a calendar showing you 2-3 months at a time so that you can easily pick a date. Should look like this. If this is not the case for you, then there might be some conflict with a plugin or the theme you are using. More on this below.
The format of the time picker depends on your settings under the WordPress Settings > General > Time format. The time picker will take over the format that is set up there. Try changing the setting and see if it has an influence. If not, then again, might be some conflict.
As for the venue and the organizer not showing, that is weird. Could you please send me a screenshot?
Please go through our conflict testing guide and see if that brings anything to the surface.
Looking forward to helping you solve this frustrating issue.

KeymasterHello Marci,
Thanks for using our plugins and welcome to the forums!
I checked your site and immediately bumped into an error message:
<b>Notice</b>: Constant WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT already defined in <b>/home/deploy/staging-insider.energytrust.org/wp-config.php</b> on line <b>99</b>Try to remove that setting from wp-config.php and check if that helps.
I would think this isn’t so much our plugin misbehaving as it is something with server settings and limits. Unless there are some other bugs. I’d recommend going to https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/ and running a check there as well.
Please let me know how you end up and we can look further is the issue persists.

KeymasterHey Tyler,
Thanks for checking with twentyfifteen. I also checked on my local install with 2015, 2016 and 2017 as well, and the stock always showed for me, so we will need to dig further.
Do you maybe have a template override or some custom code in place that could influence this?
I would kindly like to ask you to go through our conflict testing guide and see if that brings any results.
Would it be possible to set up a test / staging site where we could play around without influencing the traffic of the live site?
The wp_cron shouldn’t influence the stock handling at all. Basically when a ticket is purchased, the stock should be immediately and automatically adjusted. I start to have a feeling that the 2 issues are connected.
If the conflict testing doesn’t bring anything, then as a next step I would disable, delete, then re-install all the calendar and ticketing plugins, so they are all fresh and new and see if that fixes it.
And a sidenote: I see that your Site URL and Home URL are different, plus one is http the other is https. Is there any specific reason for this? I’m only asking because that potentially can cause some glitches on the site – independent of the calendar.
I’ll be here waiting for the results.

KeymasterHello Steve,
Thanks for your kind words! 🙂 I will definitely let my manager know about your reco. 😉
I’m stoked to hear you managed to figure it out! Awesome job there! You are on the right path of advancing way past rookie. 🙂
Ticketing with PayPal goes through an eCommerce solution. I see you already have WooCommerce installed. There you need to set up PayPal as a payment gateway.
I suggest to look through the options under Events > Settings > Tickets tab > WooCommerce Support section.
Do you have any other questions I can help you with before I close this ticket?
Cheers,
AndrasAndras
KeymasterHi Tyler,
Thanks for using our plugins!
I’m sorry you are experiencing an issue with the ticketing plugin.
Is the issue that the available stock does not change / decrease when people purchase a ticket?
What is the status of the WooCommerce orders? Are they all completed?
What are your settings under Events > Settings > Tickets tab > WooCommerce support section?
Are you also experiencing this if you deactivate all plugin and leave only the calendar plugins and WooCommerce active with a default theme like twentyseventeen? This can help us eliminate and interference other plugins might have.
The answers to these will help us get started on fixing this. Looking forward to helping you out.
Cheers,
Andras -
