ParticipantHello,
I’ve searched the Knowledgebase and haven’t been able to find a solution to an issue I’m encountering. I found this tutorial that I thought would help, but I don’t think that it’s quite what I need: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/changing-the-browser-title-for-calendar-views/
Our website currently uses The Events Calendar + The Events Calendar Pro. Display is set to Tribe Events Styles + Default Page Template. Our theme is set up to show the page/post title in the browser like this: “Page Title | Website Title”. For the Events Calendar pages, it doesn’t include the ” | ” portion, so the page title merges with the website, i.e. “Page TitleWebsite Title”.
I would guess this is controlled in the < head > coding somewhere, but I can’t find it. Can you direct me to the Tribe theme file that I need to copy/edit in order to modify how the browser title is called and displayed for all Events Calendar pages? Thank you!

KeymasterHello Maddie,
Thanks for going Pro and welcome to the forums!
Great question you have there. Let me help you out with this one.
We don’t have a template or theme file which has that, which you could easily edit.
Instead I would recommend the following approach based on the code in the knowledgebase article you shared.
https://gist.github.com/andrasguseo/75edb5aa33c88880525996697aae3728
This snippet will basically add the missing spaces and the | character via replacing part of the text.
Would this work for you? Let me know.
Cheers,

ParticipantHi Andras,
Thanks for your suggestion – unfortunately this didn’t work, and the browser titles look the same.

KeymasterHi Maddie,
Sorry to hear that didn’t work out.
I forgot to tell you that you need to adjust the “Website Title” part so it matches the title of your website.
In order to be able to help you further with this, please share your system information with me.
Is there a specific setting in the theme for the browser title? What theme are you using?
