MemberHi Samuel!
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Using Event Aggregator, you can only import events from a Google calendar by using the calendar URL that serves an ICS file.
Let me share with your the following article that explains how to import events from a feed or URL > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/import-from-feed-or-url/
I hope that helps. Let me know if any follow up questions.

MemberHi Adam!
Thanks for reaching out to us.
I’ve just tried creating a ticket with a start and end sales and they work as expected.
Are you experiencing this with any ticket or just one specifically?
Do you have a link to a ticket where we can see it on our end and see if we can spot anything that would indicate an error?
Additionally, please share with us a screenshot of the ticket editor so we can see the ticket information and try to replicate using the same settings as yours.
Thanks,

MemberHi There!
Thanks for your interest in our plugins!
There is no built-in functionality to filter private events from Google Calendar.
However, you can import your events as Draft events (which will be hidden from the public) and after your import publish only the events you want by changing the event status.
Let me point you to the following article that gives an overview of how to import events from Google Calendar.
I hope that helps! Let me know if any follow up questions.

MemberHi Judith!
Thanks for getting in touch with us! I’m sorry to hear you are having trouble with that.
Taxes are handled by WooCommerce and not our plugins. I’m really not sure what the issue could be caused by, but I have found the following documentation on WooCommerce taxes that might be of help > https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/setting-up-taxes-in-woocommerce/
I hope that helps. Do let me know if any follow up questions.

MemberHi Greg!
I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with WooCommerce tickets. Let me help you with this topic.
First, let me note that by default, cancelled orders will not automatically re-stock the tickets.
Depending on your WooCommerce specific settings, after you cancel an order, you may have attendee records generated for that order, in which case you’ll want to delete the those records. Once you delete an attendee record, the ticket stock will increase.
If you didn’t have an attendee record generated, you will still need to increase the ticket stock manually, if that’s your intention. Let me share with your the following article that gives more detail about how to cancel or refund an order > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-cancel-tickets-order/
Doing some tests on my end I could spot an issue with tickets that have a shared capacity like yours, where deleting an attendee will not re-stock the ticket capacity.
I will set this thread’s status to “Pending fix” and link it to the report. We will notify you once a fix is released.
However, I’m not able reproduce the “Tickets sold” figure being zero. I’m not able to see your complete system information. Could you please share with us your complete system information by pasting it into a private reply?
Thanks,
VictorVictor
MemberHi Louise,
I’m sorry to hear you are having trouble with that. Let me try to help you with that.
Enabling WP_DEBUG, does indeed enable the log of error messages like these. If you disable WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY, those error messages should not display in your site.
When you say that it seems to break your site, does it break any specific functionalities of your site?
The error messages seem to be coming from the Multisite Post Duplicator plugin. While it’s only a PHP notice and does not necessarily mean something is not working, it is worth taking it into account.
I’m not really familiar with Multisite Post Duplicator, Have you used this plugin to duplicate events?
Please let me know about it.
Thanks,
VictorVictor

MemberHi Clive,
We create a new post in our blog with details for each release > https://theeventscalendar.com/blog/.
You should still be able to receive a notification in your site’s plugin page when new updates become available.
Additionally, you can force your site to search for updates by navigating to your WP Admin > Dashboard > Updates and click Check Again.
As always, we encourage to setup a dev/staging site so you can test things out and make all plugins, theme and WordPress core updates without disrupting the live site.
I hope that helps. Let me know if any follow up questions 🙂

MemberHi Tina!
Thanks for getting in touch with us!
Unfortunately, those are not built-in functionalities of our plugins.
Purchasing additional rides could be achieved by creating additional tickets for an event. However, subscription or membership tickets is not something that can be accomplished with our plugins out of the box. Mainly because of how the check-in process works by allowing only a one time check-in per ticket.
I know some users make use of the WooCommerce Memberships plugin alongside our plugins, but I’m not really sure if they handle membership check-ins like you need.
I’m sorry I can’t be of much help here. Let me know if any follow up questions.

MemberHi Scott!
Thanks for getting in touch with us!
Unfortunately, that is not a built-in functionality of our plugins.
It should be possible to achieve but would require some custom coding which we are limited in how much support we can give.
That said, we always like helping out, so if you bump into any questions when customizing our plugins, feel free to ask and we’ll be happy to at least point you into the right direction as much possible.

MemberHi Justin!
Thanks for getting in touch with us! I’d be happy to help you with this topic.
You can add a checkbox using the additional information options built-in with Event Tickets Plus > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/collecting-attendee-information/.
This information will be saved in the database and accessible through the attendees list in the backend.
Will that work for you? Let me know.
Best,
