    Hi there,

    I have a strange problem with the use of the events calendar pro and event ticket pro.

    With my website I’m selling tickets for lectures and seminars. When people place an order, the VAT sometimes is calculated well, sometimes not. On mine and my co-owners laptop everything works fine, but when customers buy a ticket, we have a lot of problems.

    I already tried different options, like using several browsers, but I can’t find out where the source of the problem can be found.

    The problem already occurs in the order process. The price for the ticket is shown, as well as the VAT. But the total amount is the price for the ticket without the VAT. When I go to the order overviesw in the WooCommerce section, I can click the option ‘recalculate’. Then the right price (ticketprice + VAT) appears.

    I’m actually with my hand in my hear on this issue and I hope you can help me out 🙂

    Thanks for getting in touch with us! I’m sorry to hear you are having trouble with that.

    Taxes are handled by WooCommerce and not our plugins. I’m really not sure what the issue could be caused by, but I have found the following documentation on WooCommerce taxes that might be of help > https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/setting-up-taxes-in-woocommerce/
