    Hi there,

I set _ticket_start_date to ‘2018-05-15 10:00:00’ but it seems to ignore this and just put them on sale on the day they are supposed to go on sale, or keeps them on sale after they are supposed to stop sales.

    Thanks for your help,

    Adam

    Hi Adam!

Thanks for reaching out to us.

I’ve just tried creating a ticket with a start and end sales and they work as expected.

Are you experiencing this with any ticket or just one specifically?

Do you have a link to a ticket where we can see it on our end and see if we can spot anything that would indicate an error?

Additionally, please share with us a screenshot of the ticket editor so we can see the ticket information and try to replicate using the same settings as yours.

    Thanks,
    Victor

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
