MemberHi There!
We just wanted to let you know that there is a potential fix for the WooCommerce 3.0 related issues in our Event Tickets Plus 4.5 pre-release.
You should read this before doing any upgrades.
Then, you can grab the zip file here > Event Tickets Plus 4.5 pre-release zip

MemberHi @cyber44
Thanks for getting in touch with us! I’m sorry you are having this issue.
I could not reproduce the issue myself. But you might want to check the Events Timezone settings in addition to Wordpress timezone. Here is a useful guide about timezones > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/working-with-timezones/
Also, you should see if the event has a different timezone set compared to the WordPress and Event settings.
Please let me know how that works for you and if you have other questions.

MemberHi Shane!
Thanks for getting in touch with us! I am sorry you are having this issue.
By inspecting your site’s calendar I can see that the there is a JavaScript file missing that accomplish those tasks. So this could be related to a plugin or theme conflict. I see you marked Yes for “Deactivated all other plugins?” and “Switched to a default theme?”, but did you go for the steps in the Testing for Conflicts guide? If not, please do so and let me know if anything changes.
If nothing changes, could you tell me if you have any customizations going on in your site? Maybe some code in functions.php.
Let me know how that goes.
Best!

MemberHi Lucy!
Thanks for reaching out to us! 🙂
Have you tried checking your WordPress timezone by going to wp-admin > Settings > Timezone ? See here > https://cloudup.com/c51M_bzHi6K
Other setting you should check out is the events Timezone Settings that you will find in wp-admin > Events > Settings > General tab and under the Timezone Settings you will find theTimezone mode options. See here > https://cloudup.com/cCEJEeBXUoT
There is a good article about working with timezones you should check out here > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/working-with-timezones/
I hope that helps. Let me know how that works for you.
Best!

MemberHi Martin!
Thanks for reaching out to us and for using our plugins! 🙂
I tried the import myself with the link you provided but I could not reproduce the errors.
When and where exactly are you getting those errors? Could you please let me know the steps you took that resulted in those errors?
Also, when coming back, could you please share with us your system info by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Thanks!

MemberHola Antonio!
Gracias!

MemberHi Erick!
To make use of that code snippet, you should copy and paste it in your theme’s functions.php file. You can find it in [yoursite]/wp-content/themes/[yourtheme]/functions.php. Make sure you don’t copy this opening php tag:
<?phpI’ve just realised there is an extension that will add the event name, time, and location not only to the order email, but also anywhere WooCommerce displays the full order details. So you might want to try this extension first > https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/add-event-and-attendee-information-to-woocommerce-order-details/
Let me know how that works for you.
Good luck!

MemberHi Neil and Antonio!
We are aware of the issue you are having and the team is already working to solve it. Susan here is having different issues as well, so could you please create a separate thread so we can follow up on them individually? You can link to this thread if you like. Thanks!
Hi Susan!
Thanks for the detailed explanation of your issues.
I will kindly ask you to open a new discussion for the latest performance issue, so we can deal with the import issues from above in this thread. You can copy paste the content of it and link it to this one as well. When posting that new one, could you please tell us what admin screen or frontend view does this query issue occurs on? Are there any additional steps required to see it?
To add to what your hosting company suggests, I agree with them and we would not recommend upgrading the hosting account in your case.
Regarding the import issues, I first wanted to let you know that we don’t accept users credentials as stated in our Terms and Conditions. That said, rest assured I am here to help and will try to find a solution for this. I will make some tests about this issue and will get back to you as soon as I can. Could you share with me (in a private reply if you like) the sources for those imports?
Thanks!

MemberHi Chris!
Thanks for stopping by and let us know about it. Is that something you found in our user voice here > https://tribe.uservoice.com ? If so, could you kindly post the link to it here so Leonie can also vote for it? I could not find it myself.
Thanks!
Hey Leonie!
Did you manage to accomplish what you were trying to do with the taxes?
Let us know if there’s anything I can do for you.
Good luck to both of you!

MemberHi arjan!
Thanks for getting in touch!
This issue is caused by a wrong translation for Turkish language. It seems to be that the translators misunderstood what they had to translate here and they translated the “context” in which the ” – ” separator was included.
You can correct this translation in the translation repository (https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/the-events-calendar/stable) by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/adding-or-updating-a-translation/
Another option would be to override the translation file by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/how-to-override-plugin-language-files/
I hope that helps. Let me know if any questions.
Best!

MemberHola @MAD for Swing!
Saludos!

MemberHi Klli!
I am really sorry this is causing you so much trouble. Rest assured we are always here to help.
I can now understand your issue when you say that handling the organizer title like that during imports results in duplicate organizers. I can imagine how frustrating that might be.
I have reported this issue back to the dev team and they will take it into account for the next maintenance release.
While I don’t have a definite answer or specifics on this matter, we will let you know as soon as we find a solution for it.
Please let me know if you have any other questions and I’ll do my best to answer them.
Good luck!
Victor.
