Display Time Incorrect on Recurring Events

We created a recurring event which we want to display as 11am-12pm EST. However, in order to display that way we have to enter the time as 12pm-1pm. The time zone is set to New York for the event and UTC-5 in general settings.

Other setting you should check out is the events Timezone Settings that you will find in wp-admin > Events > Settings > General tab and under the Timezone Settings you will find theTimezone mode options. See here > https://cloudup.com/cCEJEeBXUoT
