MemberHi Jean-Marie!
I’m really sorry I misunderstood your issue in the first place. You are right about the issue as I could reproduce it myself.
I have logged the bug report and linked to this thread so the team will take it into account for a future release. I will set the thread to “Pending fix” and we will let you know when the bug fix is released.
Please let me know if you have other questions.
Best!

MemberHi Sean!
If you want to bulk import events from a user profile in Facebook, that is not currently posible due to Facebook API restrictions. But you can import them by using the single event url.
However, we are exploring how to allow users to at least bulk import events from their own profiles. You can vote for this feature here > https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/13059090-import-events-from-facebook-profile
I hope that helps and let me know if you have other questions.

Thanks for coming back! I’m sorry you are having that issue.
I recommend you go through the steps in the testing for conflicts guide here > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ and let me know if you find anything during that process.
When coming back, could you please share with us your system info by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Thanks!

MemberHi Ayan!
Thanks for coming back with all the system information. I marked it as private just in case.
As stated in our Terms & Conditions, we can’t accept FTP credentials. That said, I will help you in finding the source of the problem.
First, you should see what templates you are overriding in themes/yourtheme/tribe-events. Let me know what other files and folders are in it.
If you have the following file in your-theme/tribe-events/month/content.php then you should check if you are calling this function in it >
tribe_get_template_part( 'month/nav' );If not, then you should try adding it to call for the month calendar navigation.Let me know how that goes and if you have other questions.

MemberHi Kevin!
Thanks for sharing the system info.
Unfortunately, this is a known bug caused by the Date Picker Format setting. I have linked this thread to the bug report and the team will let you know as soon as a bug fix is released in a future version.
In the meantime, the only workaround we have so far is setting the Date Picker Format to the default 2017-01-15. This is done in Events > Settings > Display and under Date Format Settings you will find the Datepicker Date Format dropdown.
Just to confirm there is nothing else involved in your issue, could you please try changing that setting to the default and letting me know if it solves your issue?
Thanks!

MemberHi Klli!
I understand that you may see this as a bug, but I have reached the dev team and they confirmed that this is normal behaviour when importing events from external sources. The plugin must sanitize all imported fields (like the title) for security reasons, and converting & to & is the result of this operation.
Rest assured that in the frontend of your page, WordPress will not print & but the right character &, so you won’t have to worry about that.
If you want to know more about how sanitization works in WordPress there is a good article here > https://codex.wordpress.org/Validating_Sanitizing_and_Escaping_User_Data
I hope that clears things out and let me know if any other questions.

MemberHi Weatherly!
Thanks for reaching out to us! 🙂
Setting the Woocommerce product to “hidden” is a default behaviour of Event Tickets Plus.
While our “Terms of Service” doesn’t allow us to do customizations, we do like helping out and at least point users into the right direction. That said, let me try to help you with this.
You should check line 758 of the file Main.php located in wp-content/plugins/events-tickets-plus/src/Tribe/Commerce/WooCommerce/Main.php where the following code sets the product visibility to “hidden” >
update_post_meta( $ticket->ID, '_visibility', 'hidden' );You may try to make a customization using one of the action hooks provided after line 874.
I hope that helps. Let me know if any other questions

MemberHola Juan!
Thanks for reaching out to us! 🙂
The translation file for that string is in line 26 of the file located in wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/lang/tribe-events-calendar-pro-es_ES.po
You should visit http://translations.theeventscalendar.com/projects to see and, if you are interested, collaborate with the translations of our plugins.
I hope that helps. Let me know if any other questions.

MemberHi Cath!
Thanks for reaching out! 🙂
Unfortunately, hiding week days is not something posible with a shortcode setting.
This is something you could post as an idea for a future implementation in our user voice here > https://tribe.uservoice.com/ so other users can vote for it.
Let me know if you have any other questions.

MemberHey Ayan!
Thanks for coming back!
It seems you could narrow the problem down to a theme conflict. So you should see if your theme is doing a template customization of some kind. From what I can see, something is making the calendar footer not showing up.
First, please share with us your system info so we can see what your settings are.
Then, you should see if your theme is making a template override by checking if there is a folder named “tribe-events” in yoursite/wp-content/themes/yourtheme/. If so, then let me know what files and folders are in it.
Let me know if other questions as well.
