MemberHi Sarah!
Thanks for reaching out to us! 🙂
Unfortunately, our “Terms of Service” doesn’t allow us to do customizations, we do like helping out and point users into the right direction, but this would be a customization with another plugin.
I’m sorry I can’t be of help here, but there really isn’t much we can do for a plugin we didn’t build.
You may want to try getting in touch with the “Paid Memberships Pro” plugin authors and see if they can give you support for that.

Thanks for reaching out! I am really sorry about this issue.
I’m mostly sure it is related to a known bug, so could you please share with us your system info by following this guide > <u>https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/</u>
This way we can see your settings and check if it is related.

Thanks for reaching out to us! I am happy to help 🙂
You can remove the night option by pasting the following code snippet in your functions.php file

I hope that helps. Let me know if any other questions.

That is something completely managed by WooCommerce and you should be able to edit that after creating the tickets. Once you create the event and tickets for it, try going to wp-admin > Products and select the corresponding product created for those tickets. By editing the product you should be able to select the tax options for it.
I found a great article from WooCommerce that may be helpful for this > https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/setting-up-taxes-in-woocommerce/
I hope that helps. Let me know if other questions.

MemberHi Jonathan!
Thanks for reaching out to us! I am sorry you are having that issue.
If your system information is updated, I see that you are using WordPress version 4.4.8 and also older versions of our plugins. So please make sure you have the latest versions of our plugins and the WordPress core.
Let me know how that works and if you still experience the issue, please make sure you share with us your latest system by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/

Thanks for reaching out to us and for using our plugins! 🙂
The link you mentioned is from our old Facebook Importer plugin and is no longer actively maintained, and has been replaced with Event Aggregator.
You should check the Event Aggregator new user primer guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/new-user-primer-event-aggregator/
And you can find out how to connect to Facebook here > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/import-from-feed-or-url/
I hope that helps. Let me know if any other questions.

MemberHi Ayan!
Thanks for reaching out to us! 🙂
I tried that code snippet and it works for me. Are you performing any kind of customization to the calendar other than this snippet? If not, this could be related to a plugin or theme conflict, so could you please go through the complete steps in this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ and let me know what you can find in the process?
Also, when coming back could you please share with us your system info by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Regarding the event submission page, if you want to customize that page you will need to make a template customization. There is a great article on how to do that here > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
Thanks!

MemberHi Darius!
Thanks for coming back to us! I’m sorry you are having this issue.
I tried the link myself and I could import it without a problem. Do you still get the issue now? Does it happen with other events as well?
There is a chance it may be temporary. But if you still experience this issue, please try going through the testing for conflicts guide and let me know what you find in the process > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/
Thanks!

MemberHi Fation!
Thanks for reaching out to us and for using our plugins! 🙂
I guess it depends on what your operating system is and what you need to accomplish. I guess it’s also a thing of personal preference. I have reached the team and they suggested GIPHY Capture, which is great for making GIFs, but it’s Mac only.
Then they pointed me to this good article that shows the best screen capture tools (according to them of course) > http://lifehacker.com/5218155/five-best-screen-capture-tools
I think most of them are paid, but you’ll find a couple of free tools as well.
I hope that will get you started and you can accomplish what you are looking for.

March 31, 2017 at 1:27 pm in reply to: This attendee info is not showing in the attendee list. #1262817Victor
MemberHi Sally!
One thing to bear in mind is that attendee info won’t be available for the tickets purchased with previous version. You should be getting them once you upgrade to 4.4.5.
Is that your case or even now you are not getting the attendee info for new tickets?
If the issue still persist, it could be related to a plugin or theme conflict, so could you please go through the complete steps in this guide > <u>https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/</u> and let me know what you can find in the process?
Also, when coming back could you please share with us your latest system info by following this guide > <u>https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/</u>
Let me know how that goes and if you have other questions.
Cheers!

Thanks for coming back to us! I’m sorry are having this issue.
I see you didn’t specify a Google Maps API Key and it seems Google is requiring one. Could you please try setting up one by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/setting-up-your-google-maps-api-key/#obtaining-a-key
Let me know how that goes.

MemberHi Hans-Gerd!
Thanks for coming back to us! 🙂
I could not reproduce the issue you are having, so it could be a theme or plugin conflict.
So could you please go through the complete steps in this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ and let me know what you can find in the process?
I would first try switching to a default theme like twentyfifteen and see if you still get the error. Then, if you still get it, move on with the testing for conflicts guide as it is the best way to spot the source of the issue.
Let me know how it goes and if you have other questions.

MemberHi Dann!
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I tried that myself and after some tests this is what I have found:
It seems that using “Taunton” is not specific enough to come up with results. This also happens searching for “Wellington”, which is also near that location. But you do get results if searching for “Bridgwater”.
Instead, if you search for “Taunton, UK” or “Wellington, UK” you get the expected results.
That behaviour is coming from the Google Maps API, which is what we use to search for location results. So there is really not much we can do about it because that is something we don’t have much control over.
I’m sorry I can’t be of much help here. Let me know if you have any other questions.
Best!

Is your site not working at all or are you only experiencing the error only when trying to do a new import?
Please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any PHP errors you might see.
Also, when coming back, could you please share with us your system info by following this guide > <u>https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/</u>
