On my website I use Paid Memberships Pro to ensure only paid members can access the calendar and buy tickets to events.
Memberships last for 30-60days… and may entitle customer to $20 discount on all events.
It seems that a customer who’s membership expires on the 20th April can still get FREE tickets for the 21st April… when they should not be able to buy a ticket for a date that they don’t have a current membership for… make sense?
Is there a way around this?
I have just over 140 tickets for events per week.
I don’t think it is possible to create a 30 day coupon code for each customer… Is there an automated way?
At present they register and receive a code to give them a $20 discount IF they are at the right membership level. Some members don’t qualify for the $20 discount.
Ideas?
Maybe I have to email customers before their membership expires to remind them to renew otherwise they may have to pay for the ticket upon registration at the event?!?!
