MemberHi Shane!
Great to hear you could solve those issues.
Regarding the mobile issue, I found that it’s related to an already known bug. While we don’t have a precise date for a fix, it will be included in one of our upcoming maintenance releases.
I will link this thread to the bug report so the team will let you know when a bug fix is released.
In the meantime, you could try inserting the following CSS lines in your theme’s styles:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
.tribe-filters-closed.tribe-bar-is-disabled #tribe_events_filters_wrapper.tribe-events-filters-horizontal {
height: auto !important;
}
}I have have tried the code in your site’s calendar and it seems to work. Let me know if it doesn’t.
Thanks!

MemberHi Susan!
I’m really sorry it took so long to reply. I meant to ask you for the Facebook url where you were importing the events from. Maybe I wasn’t clear enough.
I’ve been doing some import tests since my last reply and I could reproduce the categories issue when importing. It turned out to be related to a known bug the team is already working on at the moment.
While we cannot specify an exact date for this to be fixed, rest assured it is already in the list of tasks currently at work.
I will set this thread to “Pending fix” so the team will let you know as soon as the bug fix is released.
I apologise for the inconvenience.
Thanks!

MemberHi Annie!
Thanks for getting in touch! 🙂
Let me try and help you with that.
If you want to hide the currency symbol from the community add form, you could comment that code by doing a template override of the cost.php template located in wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar-community-events/src/views/community/modules/cost.php
You should try commenting out the code from line 45 to 67.
There is a great article that explains how to do a template override so you don’t loose the changes after a plugin update > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
I hope that helps and let me know if you have any questions.
Best!

MemberHi Critter!
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I’m really sorry you are having this issue 🙁
It seems to be you could narrow the problem down to your theme, so that is a good thing. By doing a closer inspection to your site, there seems to be some JavaScript files missing from being loaded. Those would be used for showing and hiding the tickets additional information.
Do you have any customizations going on in your theme? It may be a script inside the functions.php file? Let me know about this.
Thanks!

MemberHi Tasha!
Thanks for getting in touch! I’m really sorry you are having this issue 🙁
Unfortunately, this is related to a known issue about timezones.
I will set this thread’s status to “Pending fix” and link it to the bug report. The team will put up a fix for this in one of the next maintenance releases and will let you know as soon as it is available.
Though it may not be ideal, changing the timezone mode to “Use the sitewide timezone everywhere” (https://cloudup.com/cstLMu2RCq7) seems to be the workaround for the moment.
Let me know if other questions.
Best!

Thanks for getting in touch!
I am really sorry you are having this issue as well.
As with the linked thread, I will set this to “Pending fix” and link it to the bug report. The team will put up a fix for this in one of the next maintenance releases and will let you know as soon as it is available.
If a viable option to your site, you should try changing the timezone mode to “Use the sitewide timezone everywhere” (https://cloudup.com/cstLMu2RCq7) because that seems to be the workaround for the moment.
Let me know if you have other questions.
Best!

MemberHi @cyber44
I just wanted to let you know that we got a few other reports on this issue so I’ve reached out the team and after several deeper tests we discovered it’s related to a known bug about timezones.

MemberHi Christopher!
The latest WooCommerce update might be related to your issue, so I wanted to let you know that there is a potential fix for the WooCommerce 3.0 related issues in our Event Tickets Plus 4.4.5 pre-release.
You should read this before doing any upgrades. And then you can grab the zip file here > Event Tickets Plus 4.5 pre-release zip
I really hope this helps. Let us know how that works.
Best,
Victor
