MemberGood evening Christopher and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the error 500 message creeping up on you. Yikes!
I would love to help you with this topic. In case you have not done so already, could you walk through the following guides to see if it helps ? https://www.elegantthemes.com/blog/tips-tricks/how-to-fix-the-500-internal-server-error-on-your-wordpress-website and http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-the-internal-server-error-in-wordpress/
Could you also tell me:
- What version of WooCommerce you are using ? For now we recommend not upgrading to 3.x, but staying to the highest version of 2.6.x
- If the issue subsists when switching to twenty-sixteen ?
Hang in there,

MemberHi Christopher!
The latest WooCommerce update might be related to your issue, so I wanted to let you know that there is a potential fix for the WooCommerce 3.0 related issues in our Event Tickets Plus 4.4.5 pre-release.
You should read this before doing any upgrades. And then you can grab the zip file here > Event Tickets Plus 4.5 pre-release zip
I really hope this helps. Let us know how that works.
Best,
Victor

MemberHi there,
A quick heads-up: we released Event Tickets 4.4.5, addressing the compatibility issues with WooCommerce 3.x. More details on the release → https://theeventscalendar.com/maintenance-release-event-tickets-plus-4-4-5/
If you are still seeing troubles with WooCommerce 3.x please let us know about it,
Cheers,
