Ticket Fieldsets / Additional Information not showing up

I’m not getting requested to input the additional information when purchasing a ticket. The admin shows it’s still with the tickets, but nothing is ever presented on the front-end…

I saw another post where it was stated it wouldn’t show up until the quantity of the tickets was increased.. but it’s still not showing up..

I went through and setup a copy of the site and switched out the theme. Upon doing that.. the additional info elements show as they are supposed to, but with their current theme they do not show.

I’m not sure if something in their theme is missing or what…

Do you have any suggestions on where to start?

Anyone have any suggestions? I’m not seeing any errors in the browser console.

I’m really sorry you are having this issue 🙁

It seems to be you could narrow the problem down to your theme, so that is a good thing. By doing a closer inspection to your site, there seems to be some JavaScript files missing from being loaded. Those would be used for showing and hiding the tickets additional information.

Do you have any customizations going on in your theme? It may be a script inside the functions.php file? Let me know about this.

ugh. what a cluster. I’ve stripped out their function file in a dev copy. The page template does make calls to get_header() and get_footer(). The header.php file does call wp_head(). oh shit. I just found it.. their footer.php file does not call wp_footer(); Adding that fixed the issue. Hot damn. I think I am good to go. Thank you very much.
