I now understand you were referring to “Custom Fields”. So yes, you can add custom fields to an event and then use it to show in it’s own single page, for example. That would be quiet similar to adding custom fields to a post, page or any other custom post type like a WooCommerce product.

I’m really sorry this is something that disappoints you, but yes, we don’t currently have a built in way to do that.

However, it would be possible to pull a list of orders by submitter (organizer) with some custom coding in place.

We are fairly limited in how much we can support custom development questions, but perhaps you could elaborate a bit more on how you imagine this could be achieved and we’d be happy to at least point you in the right direction as best we can.

We are not very familiar with the Beaver Theme, nor the Beaver Builder or Themer. And we are not currently aware of a theme conflict with it either.

You should check with the Beaver theme authors to see if they state to support our plugin or if the have a way to let you try Events Calendar Pro with their theme and check for yourself.

We work hard to make our plugins broadly compatible. However, like all WordPress developers we cannot test with every theme out there.

Regarding the “Field Connections” I’m not really sure I understand what you mean. Could you explain this further?

Entiendo que quieres hacer lo siguiente: Los usuarios deberían poder comprar un “membership plan” sin registrar un usuario en el sitio, y que ese “membership plan” les de acceso (¿mediante un código tal vez?) para cargar un evento mediante el formulario de Community Events, sin necesidad de registrar un usuario en WordPress. Es esto correcto?

Si es así, deberías realizar algún tipo de customización sobre nuestro plugin. Un ejemplo de como hacer esto podría ser customizar el formulario de carga de eventos, para que solicite ese código del “membership plan” y le de acceso al formulario.

Espero que esto ayude. Cualquier otra pregunta, no dudes en hacerla.

I’m sorry you are having that issue. Let me help you troubleshoot that.

It seems you’re having a performance issue and your server is reaching resources limit.

Just to make sure there are no plugin or theme conflicts involved, could you please go through the testing for conflicts guide and see if that changes anything?

How many events do you currently have in your site? The more events you have, the costlier it gets in terms of performance.

We have a great article that will get you started on Performance Considerations you should know about. After that, if you decide to implement a caching system then you can move to these articles: Caching: What, when and how and Caching month view HTML in transients

Finally, there is a good article George put up here that groups a set of developer plugins. It’s a bit more technical than the others but will definitely be of help if you are into development.

What do you mean exactly by “Events Calendar Pro but it is not showing up”? Were you able to install Events Calendar Pro and activate it, but then the pro functionalities don’t work?

You don’t necessarily need to input the license in the settings to make it work. Activating the license by pasting it under Events > Settings > License tab will only give you automated updates for the plugin.

How do add we add the advanced widgets?

Once the Events Calendar Pro is installed and activated, the advanced widgets will be available in Appearance > Widgets. You can learn more about this in the following article > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/events-calendar-widgets/

In addition, you can also place the advanced widgets inside a page or post content by using one of the available shortcodes > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-widget-shortcodes/

As a first step, could you see if there are any console errors by inspecting the edit event screen? Here’s how you can do that > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-google-chrome-developer-tools/ If so, then could you please send us a screenshot of that?

If there are not any console errors, then you should go through the complete testing for conflicts guide and see what you find in the process.

I see you marked “Deactivated all other plugins? Yes”

Did you happen to notice a difference when deactivating all other plugins? How about when you switch to a default theme like Twenty Seventeen? What happens if you try deactivating all plugins and switching to the Twenty Seventeen theme together? Do you notice a difference then?

 

If you see no difference in those conditions, then we’ll need to do some deeper troubleshooting.

Image Widget Plus works as a separate widget, so you will find it available as a new widget under Appearance > Widgets  Like you can see here  https://cloudup.com/cGcgB5DkrJC

Once you add the widget to the widget area of your choice, then you can add multiple images to it and choose from all the new options available to show your images.

Unfortunately, there’s no easy way to accomplish that. You would have to make a customization of some sort.

It is an interesting feature you are asking, so perhaps you could elaborate a bit more that idea and post it in our uservoice so others can vote for it and make its way into a future feature release.

Our plugin’s templates show the start and end dates by default, so it seems your theme is making some template customization that affects this.

It’s posible to show the end date of an event by customizing our template files. There is a great article on how to do this here > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/

If that does not help, you might want to check on your theme documentation and see if there’s a way to do that. Or event contact your theme authors and ask them about this.

I suspect this could be an issue with a PHP version. You say you are using PHP 7.0, but from your system information it states PHP 7.1. Could you please share with us your latest sys info by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/

Is your developer site online? If so, could you provide us with a link to the event you had the issue with?

We’ve already gotten similar reports on PHP version 7.1 and are looking closely to investigate this further. If it’s not much to ask, could you send us a dump of your database so we can try and replicate the issue? You can do so in a private reply packed in a zip file.
