MemberHi Michael!
I’m sorry you are having this issue.
I could see the issue in your site calendar. It seems that in the month view, there are some styles being applied to the events titles, setting them to display:none;
Those styles seem to be coming from your theme so that seems to be the conflict.
Here is a screenshot of that when deactivating the display:none > https://cloudup.com/cnYOLWa4XyJ
I’m not familiar with the theme you are using so you should probably check the theme’s documentation and see where those style might be coming from.
I hope that helps and let me know if any other questions.

MemberHi Karen!
Thanks for reaching out to us! 🙂
Let me help you with that.
I could not reproduce that issue in my own installation, so it seems it could be a theme or plugin conflict.
First, I would recommend you make sure you are using the latest versions of our plugins. If the issue persists, could you please go through the complete steps in the testing for conflicts guide here > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ ? Let me know what you find in the process.
Also, when coming back, could you please share with us your latest sys info by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/

MemberHi Rachel!
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I’m sorry you are experiencing that issue. Let me help you troubleshoot that.
I can see in the screenshot the page seems to not be loading entirely, so there might be an error that is stopping the page from being shown.
Could you please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG ? This will create a debug.log file inside the /wp-content directory.
After that, try navigating a few times into “Events” in the WP admin, so that in case there is an error, it will be saved into the debug.log file. Please share that log file with us so we can spot the problem from there.
When coming back, could you please share with us your latest sys info by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/

MemberHi Rob!
Thanks for reaching out to us!
That seems a bit strange to me. I don’t believe that is expected to happen.
I cannot replicate having those two total_sales custom fields in my own installation. Are you experiencing this with all the tickets or just some of them?
Besides having those two total_sales, are you also experiencing a strange behaviour in any particular part of your site?
Did it started all of a sudden or can you relate this to started happening after a certain change in your site?
Let us know about it.
Thanks,
VictorVictor
MemberHi Breanna!
Thanks for reaching out to us! 🙂
I could not reproduce the issue you are having. Could you please provide me with a link to a page where you are experiencing this?
What are the steps you make that result in the issue? Perhaps you can send us a screenshot while creating the event.
Thanks,
VictorVictor
MemberHi Íñigo!
Thanks for coming back to us! 🙂
Let me try to help you with that.
When you say “highlighted”, are you referring to the text excerpt that gets shown for each event? If so, and you want to customize this, the you’d probably want to take a look at this article > https://theeventscalendar.com/the-trouble-with-excerpts/
Does it help? Let me know about it and if you have any other questions.
Also, I noticed you are from Spain, so feel free to reach out to me in spanish if that helps you better explain yourself.

MemberHi Susan!
Thanks for reaching out to us! Let me help you with that issue.
When you say:
the _EventDuration field listed on the WordPress post meta page is not being propagated on the newly added events.
Do you mean the _EventDuration field is not being saved in the database for the newly added events? If not, where are you seing this info missing? Let us know about it.
Thanks,
VictorVictor
MemberHi Eric!
I’m sorry you are having that issue. 🙁 Let me help you troubleshoot that.
I don’t think you are experiencing the same issue to the one you referenced. The other thread is about scheduled imports not working, while you say you’re having an issue with event images.
Are you also having trouble with scheduled imports?
Where are you importing events from? Could you please share with us the source where the event with the wrong image is coming from?
Let us know about this.
Thanks,

MemberHi Sally!
I’m sorry you are having this issue too 🙁
We’ve had some reports on this issue so we are already investigating. It’s hard to reproduce the issue from our side so we’ll keep you posted about this.
In the meantime, could you please delete the key from your wp-admin event settings, disconnect your old license from https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/, and then enter your new license in your wp-admin settings.
Let us know if that works for you.
Thanks,
VictorVictor
MemberHi John!
