MemberHi Oliver!
Thanks for coming back with the code.
Despite throwing a PHP warning, I could make the required fields work on my local installation.
Just to confirm, are you not able to get any of the required fields to work, or just some of them?
In addition, are you making any template customization for the community add form? If so, let us know about it.
Thanks,
VictorVictor

MemberHello Lawrence!
Thanks for your continued help and patience so far.
I am really sorry this issue is happening to you. I can only imagine how frustrating this might be.
Rest assured we are here to help and we’ll try our best to get to the bottom of this.
I don’t think you should delete your previous imports to create a new scheduled import. The goal here would be to create a new scheduled import and see if it works. You don’t need to use the exact same source, so you could create a new Google calendar with some events in it and then use that for testing purposes and even set the status to “Draft” so it doesn’t show up in your calendar.
When creating this new import, if you get an error message please let us know what it says.
Regarding the failed scheduled imports, could you please hover over the red exclamation mark in them and let me know what error messages they show?
Thanks,

MemberHi Steven!
Thanks so much for the info and the database dump.
After some deep reviewing of your errors/logs with your license key on our Event Aggregator sever, we have identified an error on our end that the dev team is already working on. I have linked this thread to the report and we’ll let you know as soon as it’s fixed.
While I can’t commit to a date for this, I know it is of high priority, so you can expect it to be fixed in the next days.
we have 155 scheduled items scheduled every 30 min.
Please also note that this means you would be hitting the maximum 200 imports per day for you license. Though at this moment, you might not be getting this records under the Event Aggregator System Status because of the above issue.
We apologise for all the inconvenience and we truly appreciate you following up with this.

MemberHi Andrew!
Thanks for reaching out to us! 🙂
I’d be happy to help with that!
Unfortunately, there is no built in option to select different templates for each of the views, but you might want to find a way to customize the default-template.php template file located at /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/ and achieve what you’re looking for.
You should also take a look at the ‘tribe_pre_get_view’ action hook located at /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/functions/template-tags/general.php which could be a good starting point to customizing what template files are served for a specific view.
I hope that helps! If there’s anything else I can help you with just let me know about it.

MemberHi Oliver!
Thanks for getting in touch with us!
I’m sorry to hear those code snippets are not working for you.
I know there were some issues regarding those required fields in the past, but they were solved. Could you please share with me the code snippets you are using so I can make some tests on my own local installation and see if it works?
Thanks,

MemberHi Misty!
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I’m sorry you are experiencing that. Let me try to help you with that.
Could you please let us know if it is happening with scheduled imports or one-time imports? For scheduled imports, are you able to manually run the import?
Are you getting that error with all import sources or just some?
I’ve just checked and it seems your license if active. Could you please confirm this by going to Events > Help and under Event Aggregator System Status see what the status of your connection is and make sure you’re not reaching the imports limit for your license (100 imports) ?
If everything seems fine on that side of things, could you please try the following: delete your EA key from your wp-admin > Events > Settings and save, then disconnect your old license from https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/, and after that re-enter your license again in your wp-admin settings?
Do you notice any changes? Let us know how that goes.

MemberHi There!
Thanks for reaching out to us! 🙂
Let me try to help you with that.
You might be able to track referrals from other sites by creating some sort of customization to your site. Unfortunately, we don’t have any built in option to do that in a straight manner with events.
Searching the WordPress plugin repository for “tracking referrals” there seems to be a few plugins that state to accomplish something similar to what you’re looking for. You might want to check those and give it a try.
I hope that helps. Is there anything else I can help you with? Let me know and I’d be happy to help.

MemberHi Christopher!
Thanks for following up with this and for sharing your solutions.
1. Absolutely! We’ll keep you posted about this fix.
2. I made some tests on my own and it works fine for me. Meaning that I do see the
& for the event title in the backend, but in the frontend of the site it shows only the &. Just to confirm, in the frontend of your site, are you seeing the & orÂ& ? If you see theÂ&, then it might be a theme conflict, so try switching to a default theme (like twentyseventeen) and see if any difference. If you see no difference, then you should try testing for conflicts to see if there’s a plugin conflict. Let us know how it goes?3. Great to know you could worked this out!
4. No problem. Take the time you need as we’ll be here when you need it 🙂

MemberHello Carlas!
Thanks for testing that out.
I can see the issue myself and it seems to be a problem with our plugins styles and scripts being minified. You don’t need to minify our plugins styles or scripts as they are already minified. There’s a good explanation about this here >Â https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/problems-with-minification/
Try disabling the minification for our resources and see if it solves the issue.
Let me know how that goes.

MemberHello Ellen!
Thanks for testing that and for answering all the questions.
Could you please delete your EA key from your wp-admin > Events > Settings and save, disconnect your old license from https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/, and then re-enter your license again in your wp-admin settings?
Are you able to run the imports after that? Please let us know about it.
Thanks,
