    Hola Antonio!

    Saludos,
    Victor

    Hi Ihtezaz!

    Thanks for following up with this and explaining this feature idea.

    Let me first note that we can’t give support for custom development questions as we state here.

    That said, we like helping out and at least point you in the right direction, so let me try to do that.

    A/ It is causing a problem; we’re ending up with loads of events that we can’t delete as specifically as we can add (particularly having trouble with the ongoing events recurring on a daily basis). Deleting these daily events manually would take some time.

    If you were to build some sort of customization, using the ‘tribe_events_pro_clean_up_old_recurring_events_sql’ filter you could expand or replace the where clause so it only looks at events matching certain criteria.

    <span style=”font-size: 0.875rem;”>when deleting an event from a series, it seems to delete the entire series of events – rather than that individual one.</span>

    If you go to the wp-admin > Events you can trash an instance from the list and will only make that one go away, while keeping the rest of the series.

    B/ Once any of the events from the series have passed, they don’t seem to hide automatically – making our website look outdated.

    There is a way you can hide your past events from showing by using the method George describes here > https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/how-to-hide-past-events-3/#dl_post-1234879.

    I hope this helps! Let me know if you have other questions.

    Best,
    Victor

    Hi Winfried!

    Thanks for sharing that link.

    I’m not sure how this plugin would interact with ours and we unfortunately cannot give support for integrations with third party plugins as we state here > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/what-support-is-provided-for-license-holders/

    That said, we like helping out so perhaps you can tell us a bit more about what the plugin does and how it’s conflicting with our own.

    I would gladly transfer the purchase value and the product ID with successful or aborted purchase.

    Could you explain this further and perhaps give us an example of how the Pixel plugin is conflicting with Event Tickets? You can even send us screenshots of the issue. This way we’ll try to see where the conflict is and at least point you to a possible solution.

    Thanks,
    Victor

    Hi Leander!

    Thanks for coming back with those screenshots.

    We analysed your latest imports and the ones that are failing seem to be from Facebook events that do not have upcoming events, which is a the known bug I have already linked this thread to.

    I have checked the report about this issue and there seems to be some good progress, so a fix is expected soon. We’ll let you know as soon as it’s ready.

    Hey Thomas! Thanks for chiming in! You’re totally welcome to follow the updates of this issue if you are having the same problem. If you think you have a slightly different issue, please open a new topic so we can keep things more organized.

    I apologise for this inconvenience and we’d appreciate your patience while we actively work on this issue.

    Hi Rox!

    Thanks for reaching out to us! 🙂 I’d be happy to help with this.

    1. I’m not sure I understand what you mean here. Are you getting different featured image sizes in a widget? Could you please share with us a link to where we can see an example of the issue?

    2. I can’t reproduce this on my own installation. I have checked your site and it could be that the “FREE” tag is being placed there by your theme. Could you please switch to a default theme like twentyseventeen and see if it changes anything?

    Also, when coming back, could you please share with us your system info by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ ?

    Thanks,
    Victor

    Hi David!

    Thanks for reaching out to us! 🙂

    Unfortunately, there is no built in option to do that, but you can achieve what you’re looking for by customizing the ticket email template.

    Following the steps detailed in our Themer’s Guide you can customize the email.php template file located at /wp-content/plugins/event-tickets/src/views/tickets/

    Does it help with what you’re looking for? Let us know

    Hi Thomas!

    Thanks for getting in touch with us. Let me help you with that.

    I couldn’t see the error in your site like in the screenshots you provided. Could you please give us a link to the page where you’re having the issue?

    Also, this could be related to a plugin or theme conflict, so please go through the complete steps in this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ and see if you notice any difference.

    Let us know about it.

    Thanks,

    Hi Stephan!

    Thanks for getting in touch with us!

    The event cost in the single event view is shown using the same tribe_get_cost() function as in the list view, so you should be able to customize the output in the same way.

    Could you please share with me the code you’re using to customize the price format in the single event view? This way I can take a look and see if it can also be used to modify the price in the list view.

    Thanks,
    Victor

    Hi Francis!

    Thanks for getting in touch with us! I’d be happy to help here 🙂

    You can achieve that by making a template override. We have a great article that explains how to do it here > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/

    In your case, you should make a template override of the edit-event.php template file located at /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar-community-events/src/views/community and comment out or remove the code that calls those fields you want to hide.

    I hope that helps! Let me know how it goes.

    Hi Leander!

    Thanks for coming back with all that information and what you’ve found so far.

    We will run some tests on our end to see what we can find regarding the status of your imports in the server side of things and I’ll get back to you with the findings.

    In the meantime, could you please go to your scheduled imports and hover over the red exclamation marks to let us know what error messages you see?

    Thanks,
    Victor

    Hello Steve!

    Thanks for reaching out to us! 🙂 I’d be happy to help with this.

    You can hide the “see all” link from the single event page and from the lists view by adding the following CSS snippets into your theme’s styles:

    body.single-tribe_events .recurringinfo {
    display: none;
    }
    .tribe-events-list .tribe-events-loop .tribe-events-event-meta .event-is-recurring {
    display: none;
    }

    We have a great article that explains this and other ways you can customize our templates here > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/

    I hope that helps! Let me know if that works for you.

    Hello Bea!

    Thanks for reaching out to us! 🙂

    I’m sorry you are experiencing that. Let me help you with that.

    By the look of the screen in the screenshot you sent us, that might be some Javascript error.

    First, you should make sure you are using the latest versions of our plugins and the WordPress core.

    If you have the latest versions and the issue still persists, this could be related to a plugin or theme conflict, so please go through the complete steps in this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ and see what you find in the process.

    When coming back, please make sure you share with us your latest system info by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/

    Let us know how that goes and if you have any questions in the meantime.

    Thanks,
    Victor
