    I am having a problem where the .csv ‘Choose File’ field is missing. This happened before and after I purchased a key (I thought the purchase would fix). There is no way to select the file to upload (see my screenshot). I compared my screen to the samples on your website, and it looks much different. I am on a multisite setup.

    By the look of the screen in the screenshot you sent us, that might be some Javascript error.

    First, you should make sure you are using the latest versions of our plugins and the WordPress core.
