Event Website (external link) field is not displaying correctly. It’s very very small

I’m sorry you are having that issue. Let me help you with that.

I’m mostly sure that could be a theme conflict, so could you please try switching to a default theme like Twenty Seventeen and see if any difference?

If so, then you could send us a link to where you are seeing that issue and we’ll take a closer inspection to see what might be wrong with it.

For some reason the external link field is not displaying correctly. I switched to a basic theme (2017) and the field displayed correctly. Please let me know what to do. Although it does display correctly on a cellphone. It’s just on the computer that it doesn’t display correctly. This is the page on my website: https://www.livevenuetix.com/events/community/add it seems like all of the fields are on the right for some reason.

Hello Carlas!

Thanks for testing that out.

I can see the issue myself and it seems to be a problem with our plugins styles and scripts being minified. You don’t need to minify our plugins styles or scripts as they are already minified. There’s a good explanation about this here > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/problems-with-minification/

Try disabling the minification for our resources and see if it solves the issue.
