Participant1) About a week ago I was able to up manually run imports from all my FB sources. Now they are not updating.
2) In addition, it now says that the date of my last imports is “Unknown” where it never said that before….

MemberHello Ellen!
I’m sorry you are experiencing those issues. Let me help you with that.
Just to confirm, are you only having issues with Facebook imports or other sources too?
For those Facebook imports, could you please see if they have upcoming events in it? If they do, please try creating a new schedule for it and see if it works.
Also, could you please go to Events > Help and under Event Aggregator System Status check if your connection with the Event Aggregator is ok and if you are not reaching your license daily limit?
Thanks,

MemberHi Ellen!
Thanks for clearing that out.
Unfortunately, we’ve had a few other users report this as well for scheduled imports and we are actively working to find the source of it. It’s hard to reproduce the issue from our side so we’ll have to approach the issue with different angles. I will attach this thread to the report so we can keep you posted about it.
In the meantime, could you please try creating a new scheduled import from scratch and see if it works?
Also, could you please let us know how many scheduled imports you have (or had before) at the same time? For example, do you have 30 or more scheduled imports that run every week, on the same day, at the same time? If so, please let us know about it.
Thanks,

I did try this and it seemed to work one time – but then would not load.

I only have about 4 scheduled imports. At different times of day. Then I have about 30 manual imports. The manual imports are not working.

MemberHello Ellen!
Thanks for testing that and for answering all the questions.
Could you please delete your EA key from your wp-admin > Events > Settings and save, disconnect your old license from https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/, and then re-enter your license again in your wp-admin settings?
Are you able to run the imports after that? Please let us know about it.
Thanks,

MemberHi there,
Just wanted to share with you that a new maintenance release is out containing various improvements for Events Aggregator. Here’s a breakdown of what’s been released:
- Fix – Avoid Event Aggregator previews or scheduled imports being marked as failures.
- Fix – Fixed an issue that would sometimes render Event Aggregator options invalid even with a valid license.
- Fix – Fixed an issues where Event Aggregator scheduled imports could not run other than manually.
- Tweak – Improve Event Aggregator message regarding Facebook token expiration.
- Tweak – Support importing from URLs (Event Aggregator) where the protocol hasn’t been specified by defaulting to HTTP.
- Tweak – Added filter: tribe_aggregator_meta_source to filter the Event Aggregator import source.
- Tweak – Added filter: tribe_events_linked_post_meta_values_{$current_linked_post_meta_key} for filtering the array of values retrieved for a specific linked post meta field.
Find out more about this release → https://theeventscalendar.com/maintenance-release-week-21-august-2017/
Please update The Events Calendar to the latest version, give it a few hours and let us know how things go. If you are still having troubles be sure to report back to us including system information, a detailed description of the issue (if it has changed in anyway since the original report) and steps to reproduce if possible. We are aware some setups might still need adjustments!
Thanks for the patience while we worked on these issues,
Best,

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
