MemberHi Sean!
Thanks for reaching out to us 🙂
The location search is one of the features available in Events Calendar PRO.
You can see all the features available for PRO here >Â https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar-pro/
If you also want to add additional filters functionality you should check out the Filter Bar plugin, which in combination with Events Calendar PRO will enable the distance filter for location searches.
I hope it helps! Is there any other question I can help you with? Let me know.
Best,
VictorVictor

MemberHi Chris!
I’m sorry you are still getting those duplicate events.
Having a closer look at your system information I can see you are still using a previous version of The Events Calendar. Please update to the latest version 4.5.11 and see if you still experience the issue.
If you don’t see the update notification, try going to the wp-admin > Dashboard > Updates and click “Check Again”. If you still don’t see it, you can always perform a manual update >Â https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/manual-updates/
Let us know how that goes.
Thanks,

MemberHi Gail!
Thanks for reaching out to us. Let me help you with that issue.
First, please try increasing the WP_MEMORY_LIMIT to 128MB or 256MB and see if that solves the issue.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG ? This will create a debug.log file inside the /wp-content directory.
After that, try navigating a few times into the page where you are having the issue, so that in case there is an error, it will be saved into the debug.log file.
Please share that log file with us so we can spot the problem from there.
Let us know how that goes.
Thanks,

MemberHi Ron!
Thanks for reaching out to us again! 🙂
Let me try to help you with this.
Like you say, in order to make those changes you will need to make a customization on the WooCommerce side.
I’ve found a great tutorial that will point you in how to customize the checkout fields here >Â https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/tutorial-customising-checkout-fields-using-actions-and-filters/
I hope that helps! Let me know if you have other questions and I’d be happy to assist.

MemberHi Robert!
Thanks for getting in touch with us!
Let me try to help you with that.
The following code snippet will add some styles to the month view that will make it more print friendly.
https://gist.github.com/cliffordp/edec7dff1e2d92333682759d0b8de7de
You should place it in your theme’s functions.php.
Let us know how it works for you.

MemberHi Jeff,
We’ve had a few other users reporting this same error and we’re actively investigating this issue. For the moment we can’t reproduce this issue on our side so we’ll have to make some deeper troubleshooting to see if we can find the source of it.
Could you please send us a screenshot of the Event Aggregator System Status by going to Events > Help?
Also, please try going through the following steps:
- Delete your EA key from your wp-admin > Events > Settings and save
- Disconnect your old license from https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/
- Then re-enter your license again in your wp-admin settings
After that, are you able to run the import?
Could you please also share with us your latest system info by following this guide >Â https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Thanks,
VictorVictor
MemberHi Daniel!
Could you please try again the following steps:
- Delete your EA key from your wp-admin > Events > Settings and save
- Disconnect your old license from https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/
- Then re-enter your license again in your wp-admin settings
Are you able to connect to the EA server after this? Please let me know.
Thanks,

MemberHi William!
I’m sorry you are having that issue. Let me help you troubleshoot that.
I could not replicate this in my own installation. Could you please copy and paste in a private reply your complete system information by going to Events > Help ? It seems some of the info you’ve already shared is not complete.
Just to confirm, are you making any template customization for the month view?
Did you start experiencing this issue all of a sudden or was it after a plugin update?
Please let us know about it.
Thanks,
Victor -
