MemberHi Tanja!
Thanks for reaching out to us! Let me help you with those problems.
1. The price filter should accommodate for the maximum and minimum event prices, so this is not a right behaviour. This could be a theme or plugin conflict, so to narrow the problem down please test for conflicts by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ and let us know what you find in the process.
2. Having a closer inspection to your site, I could find some conflicting styles with your theme. Just to confirm, could you please try switching to a default theme like twenty seventeen to see if any difference?
When coming back, please share with us your system information by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/

MemberHi Karen!
Thanks for getting in touch! Let me help you with this topic.
If you set an event to be hidden and ignored, it should remain like that when the import runs again. However, it will update the information following your Event Update Authority settings > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/event-aggregator-import-settings/#update-authority
After an import, do those hidden and ignored events get published for you? Let me know about it.
When coming back, please share with us your system information by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/

MemberHi Kari,
Thanks for making all those tests and coming back with the info.
You can always download the latest versions of our plugins by going to your downloads page > https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/ and performing a manual update > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/manual-updates/ in your staging site.
We are dealing with two different shortcodes here, so let me clear things out just to avoid confusion:
To make use of the [tribe_event_inline] shortcode you will need both The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO plugins installed and activated as it states here > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-single-events-tribe_event_inline-shortcode/
On the other side, the [tribe_formatted_event_date] shortcode will only work if you install and activate the following extension > https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/formatted-event-date-shortcode/
I understand the [tribe_event_inline] shortcode is not working for you. Can you please try using the following shortcode?
[tribe_event_inline id=8]
Time: {start_date} @ {start_time} – {end_date} @ {end_time}
[/tribe_event_inline]Please make sure to change the ID 8 for a valid event ID for your site and also without using the curly brackets. Does it work for you? Let me know about it.
Thanks,
VictorVictor

MemberHi Mauro!
Let me help you with this topic.
That is mostly sure a conflict with your theme’s styles. You can confirm this by switching to a default theme like twenty seventeen.
Try adding the following CSS snippet into your theme’s styles.css file or by adding them via the WordPress customizer by going to wp-admin > Appearance > Customizer > Additional CSS
#tribe-events-content table.tribe-events-calendar {
overflow: visible;
}Let me know if it works for your site.

Thanks for reaching out to us! Let me help you with this topic.
Try excluding the widget-calendar.js file located at /wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/src/resources/js/ and see if it works for your site.
If it doesn’t, try flushing the cache to see if any difference.
I hope it helps. Let me know how it goes.

MemberHi Callum!
Thanks for reaching out to us. Let me help you with your issue.
I could not reproduce the issue you are having, so this could be a theme or plugin conflict, so to narrow the problem down please go through the steps provided in the testing for conflicts guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ and let us know what you find in the process.
Also, make sure you are using the latest versions of our plugins as these might include bug fixes that can relate to your issue.
We suggest you setup a dev/staging site so you can make all these tests without disrupting the live site. We also encourage to make a full <u>backup</u> of your site, both database and files so in case something goes wrong you can always restore your site.
Let me know how that goes.
Thanks,
VictorVictor
MemberHi Joel!
I’m sorry you are experiencing that issue with the countdown widget.
I could not reproduce this myself, so let me help you troubleshoot it.
First, let me note that it might take us between 24-48 hrs before we respond to a post as we state here > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/what-support-is-provided-for-license-holders/ It generally is significantly faster than that, but it depends on forums load.
I can see in the homepage of your site that the countdown widget seems to be working fine. Could you please share a link to where you are experiencing this issue? or perhaps let us know which event you had the issue with and send us a screenshot of the widget’s backend settings so we can try to reproduce this on our own installation.
Thanks,
VictorVictor
MemberHi Linda!
Thanks for following up with this.
Unfortunately,
Event Aggregator does not currently support importing events from Facebook groups. I’m sorry I haven’t noticed this before.(please see correction in the following posts)You can, however import group events using each event URL. I know this is not ideal if you have to deal with large number of events, but at the moment it’s the only way to import from Facebook groups.
Let me know if you have other questions and I’d be happy to help as much possible.

MemberHi Geordie!
Glad to know it’s now working for you! Thanks for letting me know about it.
I agree with you about it being a bit confusing. I will flag this to the team so they can take it into account when working on the customizer in the future.
It seems you got everything working nice, so I’ll close this thread now, but feel free to open a new topic if anything comes up and we’d be happy to assist.
Good luck with your project,
