MemberHi Stephen!
Thanks for trying that out and following up with this.
Having a closer look, it seems that those events have start dates in December 2017 and end dates in January 2018, thus spanning across multiple days in the calendar.
You can try to setup daily recurring events for those cases so that they’ll show each instance of the event separately only stating that particular instance start/end dates.
Please try it out let me know if you have any follow up questions.

MemberHi!
Thanks for following up with this.
I’m sorry that’s not working for you. Could you please let me know about the error you are getting?
I tried making a template override of the map.php template file and then change the code to look like yours and it works as expected without errors.
This can be related to a theme or plugin conflict, so to narrow the problem down please go through the steps provided in the testing for conflicts guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ and let us know what you find in the process.
Also, could you please share with us your system information by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ ? We’ll see if there is anything strange that would indicate an error from there.
Thanks,

MemberHi Kristóf!
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I’m sorry you are having trouble setting up our plugins. Let me help you with that.
Recurring events is one of the functionality of Events Calendar PRO plugin > https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar-pro/
Do note that at this time, Event Tickets Plus will NOT support tickets for recurring events.
Each ticket you create for an event will create a WooCommerce product, so you can indeed sell this product anywhere in your site and it will still be linked to the event, so users should receive a ticket email when they purchase the ticket/product.
By default, WooCommerce products created for a ticket will have a hidden visibility for your shop, but you can edit the product and change this option as you like.
As a reference, let me point you to the following article that will get you started on setting up tickets > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/new-user-primer-event-tickets/
If our plugins don’t fit your specific needs, you can ask or a refund within 30-day of your license purchase > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/
I hope that helps! Let me know if you have any other questions and I’ll be happy to help 🙂

MemberHi Brian!
I’m sorry you are having problems activating Events Calendar PRO. Let me help you with that.
Are you getting an error when trying to activate the plugin? If so, please send us a screenshot of it.
Also, could you please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG ? This will create a debug.log file inside the /wp-content directory.
After that, try activating the plugin a few times, so that in case there is an error, it will be saved into the debug.log file. Please share that log file with us so we can see if any problem from there.
Please let me know about it.
Thanks,

MemberHi John!
I’m sorry you are having problems with that.
Could you please try using the Facebook group id in the URL like this > https://www.facebook.com/groups/278880632601259/ and see if it works for you.
Thanks,

MemberHi Mike!
Thanks for getting in touch with us. Let me help you with this topic.
While I was not able to import events from the group with the Facebook URL, I was able to import them using the group id like the following > https://www.facebook.com/groups/32695893641/
As a reference, you can get the Facebook group id by using the following tool > https://lookup-id.com/
I have logged a feature request to also allow Facebook group imports using their name in the URL to prevent this extra step. I will link this thread to that report so we will notify you once it is released in one of our future releases of our plugins.
I’m sorry for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience.

MemberHi Mary!
Thanks for sending over the file.
I would like to run some tests with it and see what I can find. Please note that it may take me a day or two depending on our availability and forum load, but I will get back to you as soon as I can.
As a reference, you can find the tribe_events_count_available_tickets() function in this line > https://github.com/moderntribe/event-tickets/blob/master/src/template-tags/tickets.php#L139
Please hang in there.
Thanks,

MemberHi Bill!
Thanks for following up with this.
That really seems like a way to solve the issue, although the “View Your Tickets” link is also available for RSVP tickets, which don’t have order statuses so I’m not sure how this would integrate with payed tickets, as well as with other orders for that same event.
I will make sure to pass this comment along to the report so it can be taken into account when investigating a fix for this.
We really appreciate your input in this matter 🙂

MemberSure thing Sean! Thanks for keeping me posted.
As you marked this “Resolved” I’ll go ahead and close it, but feel free to open a new topic if anything comes up and we’ll be happy to help 🙂

MemberHi Mal!
Thanks for trying that out and for following up with this.
Unfortunately, I have been able to reproduce the issue on my end and it seems to be related to a problem with the Google Maps API request that generates the Latitude and Longitude coordinates upon creating/saving the venue.
I have already created a report for this so we can investigate it further. I will set this thread’s status to “Pending fix” and link it to the report so we’ll let you know as soon as we have an update.
In the meantime, could you please log in to your Google API console and see if you are getting errors for your Google Maps Geocoding API requests and the code errors involved?
Thanks,
Victor -
