We added the events calendar pro to our website. And sadly it looks like it does not have the features we were looking for.
Eg.
Daily recurring eventsWe also could not integrate the plugin to the WooCommerce shop, we wanted each of our customer that purchases product X to also get an e-ticket with the QR code. But it seems like the calendar does not have this feature.
Is it possible to get a refund or could you help us in some way to make the above possible ?

I’m sorry you are having trouble setting up our plugins. Let me help you with that.
Recurring events is one of the functionality of Events Calendar PRO plugin > https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar-pro/
Do note that at this time, Event Tickets Plus will NOT support tickets for recurring events.
Each ticket you create for an event will create a WooCommerce product, so you can indeed sell this product anywhere in your site and it will still be linked to the event, so users should receive a ticket email when they purchase the ticket/product.
By default, WooCommerce products created for a ticket will have a hidden visibility for your shop, but you can edit the product and change this option as you like.
