    After multiple attempts to simply activate the updated PRO plugin, it will not activate. I have deleted and reinstalled a fresh version of the PRO plugin and still cannot activate. The standard calendar plugin is active, only the PRO will not activate.

    Hi Brian!

    I’m sorry you are having problems activating Events Calendar PRO. Let me help you with that.

    Are you getting an error when trying to activate the plugin? If so, please send us a screenshot of it.

    Also, could you please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG ? This will create a debug.log file inside the /wp-content directory.

    After that, try activating the plugin a few times, so that in case there is an error, it will be saved into the debug.log file. Please share that log file with us so we can see if any problem from there.

    Thanks for the help. I was actually able to get it activated by disabling
    the main plugin, activating the PRO version first, then activating the main
    plugin second.
