I’m sorry that’s not working for you either.
Could you please go to Events > Settings > APIs and click the “Refresh your Connection to Facebook” button. Does it work after that?
If it doesn’t, then please share with us a screenshot of your “Event Aggregator System Status” by going to Events > Help
Also, please try going through our testing for conflicts guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ to make sure you are not dealing with a theme or plugin conflict.
Please let us know about that.

Unfortunately, We are not able to fetch your system information somehow. Could you please copy and paste it a private reply?
In the meantime, I see you have tried the following:
- Deactivated all other plugins? Yes
- Switched to a default theme? Yes
Did you happen to notice a difference when deactivating all other plugins or switching to a default WordPress theme, like Twenty Seventeen? What happens if you try deactivating all plugins and switching to the Twenty Seventeen theme together? Do you notice a difference then?
If you see no difference in those conditions, then we’ll need to do some deeper troubleshooting.
Please let me know about it.

Thanks for clearing that out.
I tried running an import from that Facebook event URL you shared and it does import as separate events on my end.
Could you please update to the latest version of The Events Calendar and then try creating a new import for this event and see if they show as separate events in the preview?

Thanks for taking your time to report this.
I have been able to track down a report for this issue and is something we are still looking to fix in a future maintenance release of our plugins. I will set this thread’s status as “Pending fix” and link it to the report. This way we’ll notify you as soon as a fix is shipped.
Unfortunately, there is no workaround for this issue and you can only prevent it by not setting up so many exclusions for each event.
Regarding the known issues page, we only list there the ones we’ve identified as significant, high-priority issues. Do rest assure we do take all our issues seriously and we strive to tackle as many as we can with each release.
We apologise for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience in the meantime.

The search feature in the backend is the built-in search functionality from WordPress.
You might want to check out our Advanced Post Manager plugin that works along with Events Calendar PRO and allows you to create filters for better backend listings and search functionality > https://wordpress.org/plugins/advanced-post-manager/

First, please make sure you are using the latest versions of our plugins. Remember you can always download our plugins from your downloads page > https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/
I have been able to import events using the URLs you provided. You can also try the following one and see if you get any results > https://www.facebook.com/pg/eaglescanyon/
If you still experience problems, please let me know if you get any errors when trying to import.

Unfortunately, there is currently no shortcode built-in that is specific to our Community Events plugin.
You can customize the community submit form by using one of the methods described in our Themer’s Guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/.
We are limited in how much support we can give for custom development questions but we always like helping out, so let me know if you need help with anything in particular and I’ll be happy to at least point you in the right direction as best possible.

Also, please share with us a screenshot of the edit event screen for one of the events you had this issue? Specifically, the time and date settings for it.
