ParticipantI have installed Event Tickets & Tickets Plus. On Creating a new event, I’m seeing the RSVP option, but no option to create a ticket.

MemberHi Iain!
Thanks for reaching out to us! Let me help you with that.
To be able to create tickets to sell, you also need either WooCommerce or EDD plugins activated. Could you please make sure you have one of them installed and activated?
If so, and issue still persists, then please share with us your system information by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/. We’ll see if there is anything strange that would indicate an error from there.
Also, could you please see if there are any console errors by inspecting the edit event page? We have an article that explains how to do that here > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-google-chrome-developer-tools/
Let us know about that.
Thanks,

ParticipantHi Victor.
I have WooCommerce installed, activated and configured. I have also clicked
the share information checkbox. I have used Chrome to inspect the edit
event page and don’t see any errors.
Can you take a look at the system info and let me know if you find an issue. Thanks you!!

ParticipantHi Victor,
I have Woocommerce installed and have ticked the share info box. No errors in the console.

MemberHi Iain!
Thanks for following up with this.
Unfortunately, We are not able to fetch your system information somehow. Could you please copy and paste it a private reply?
In the meantime, I see you have tried the following:
- Deactivated all other plugins? Yes
- Switched to a default theme? Yes
Did you happen to notice a difference when deactivating all other plugins or switching to a default WordPress theme, like Twenty Seventeen? What happens if you try deactivating all plugins and switching to the Twenty Seventeen theme together? Do you notice a difference then?
If you see no difference in those conditions, then we’ll need to do some deeper troubleshooting.
Please let me know about it.
Thanks,

MemberHi Iain!
Thanks for coming back with the system information and for testing that out.
I can see that you are using an older version of Event Tickets Plus. Could you please update to the latest version available which is 4.6.2 and see if it fixes the issue?
Remember you can always download our plugins from your downloads page > https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/ and also perform manual updates following the steps in this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/manual-updates/
Let me know how that goes.
Thanks,
