    Hi Thirukumary!

    Thanks for reaching out to us! Let me try to help you with that.

    First, please let me note that we are fairly limited in how much support we can give for custom development questions like that. But, we always like helping out and at least point users into the right direction as much possible.

    I think this is a bit tricky as the photo view layout is created using Isotope. So, I guess you will need to tweak the image html structure, add appropriate classes and probably some css to achieve what you are looking for.

    I will reach out to the team to see if they can offer some more insight on this and will get back to you as soon as I have something.

    Thanks,
    Victor

    Hi Olivier!

    Thanks for reaching out to us. Let me help you with this topic.

    First, please let me note that we are fairly limited in how much support we can give for custom development questions like that

    That said, we always like helping out and at least point users into the right direction as much possible.

    I can see the css is indeed being added to the month view, but I’m not exactly sure what you are trying to accomplish with it. Can you please let me know a bit more about this so I can help you with it? You can also send us screenshots as a reference.

    For the list view titles color, I can see that there are some conflicts with some styles probably coming from the Fusion builder plugin. Try adding the following CSS code to change the hover color:

    #tribe-events .tribe-events-list .tribe-event-featured a:hover {
    color: #ffffff;
    }

    And the following code to adjust the time details padding:

    #tribe-events .tribe-events-list .tribe-events-event-meta .author .time-details {
    padding: 15px 1%;
    }

    I hope that helps.

    Hi Brock!

    I’m sorry to hear you are having that error. Let me help you with the troubleshooting.

    I tried to reproduce the error in my local installation but failed to do so.

    Could you please go to your wp-admin > Settings > Reading and select a different page for your homepage and then save? Does it work after that?

    While it may look like the theme is a not an issue, please try switching to a default theme like twenty seventeen and see if any difference. This will help us narrow the problem down and locate the source of the problem.

    We suggest you setup a dev/staging site so you can make all these tests without disrupting the live site. We also encourage to make a full backup of your site, both database and files so in case something goes wrong you can always restore your site.

    Please let us know how that goes.

    Thanks,
    Victor

    Hi Jeff!

    I’m sorry you are experiencing this issue. Let me help you with the troubleshooting.

    I took a closer inspection and it seems there is a javascript error showing up in your events page.

    I see you have tried the following:

    • Deactivated all other plugins? Yes
    • Switched to a default theme? No

    Did you happen to notice a difference when deactivating all other plugins or switching to a default WordPress theme, like Twenty Seventeen? What happens if you try deactivating all plugins and switching to the Twenty Seventeen theme together? Do you notice a difference then?

    If you see no difference in those conditions, then we’ll need to do some deeper troubleshooting.

    Also, when coming back please share with us your system information by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/. We’ll see if there is anything strange that would indicate an error from there.

    Let us know about that.

    Thanks,
    Victor

    Hi Nick!

    Thanks for getting in touch with us! Let me help you with this topic.

    I’m not very familiar with the Enfold theme, but it looks like it customizes our plugin templates. You should be able to make further adjustments to our templates by using one of the methods described in our Themer’s Guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/

    You will find the event details in the meta.php template file located at /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/modules/

    As for the organizer details, that is the default behaviour when having more than one organizer. But you can also customize this in the organizer.php template file located at /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/modules/meta/

    I hope that helps. Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Hi Alex!

    I’m sorry you are having that issue. Let me help you with the troubleshooting.

    I tried to reproduce this in my my own local installation but the taxonomy set in the widget works fine on my end.

    Could you please share a link to the list widget where you are having the issue with and let me know of the taxonomy you have set for it?

    Just to confirm and make sure we are not dealing with a theme conflict, did you happen to notice a difference when switching to a default WordPress theme, like Twenty Seventeen? What happens if you try deactivating all plugins and switching to the Twenty Seventeen theme together? Do you notice a difference then?

    If you see no difference in those conditions, then we’ll need to do some deeper troubleshooting

    Please let us know about that.

    Hi Coen!

    Thanks for reaching out to us!

    Yes, your question makes total sense. You can indeed import from a Google calendar using an Event Aggregator license and the event description will work exactly like you described.

    After importing events, you will then find the event description inside the WordPress post content editor.

    As a reference, let me point you to the following article about importing from a feed or URL > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/import-from-feed-or-url/

    I hope it helps! Let me know if you have other questions.

    Hi Chris!

    Thanks for reaching out to us!

    With Events Calendar PRO you can embed calendar views in pages and posts using the tribe_events shortcode as it explains in the following article > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-calendar-views-tribe_events-shortcode/

    Additionally, you are some widgets shortcodes that you might find useful for other parts of your website > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-widget-shortcodes/

    I hope that helps. Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
