I’m sorry that’s not working for you either.
Could you please go to Events > Settings > APIs and click the “Refresh your Connection to Facebook” button. Does it work after that?
If it doesn’t, then please share with us a screenshot of your “Event Aggregator System Status” by going to Events > Help
Also, please try going through our testing for conflicts guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ to make sure you are not dealing with a theme or plugin conflict.
