MemberHi Wyn!
Thanks for taking your time to report this.
I will make sure to pass this along to the devs so they can fix it.
We have now implemented licenses subscriptions, so you don’t have to worry about manually renewing your licenses once you’ve renewed them with this new system.
You can access all your account subscriptions from your subscriptions page > https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/subscriptions/
I hope that helps. Is there anything else I can help you with?
Best,

MemberHi Rich!
Thanks for reaching out to us!
We provide support for our free Image Widget plugin through WordPress > https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/image-widget
Please submit the issue there and one of our team members will have a look at it. When doing so, please share make sure you have gone through our Testing for Conflicts guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ and provide as much information about the issue as possible, so we can reproduce on our end.
Thanks,
VictorVictor
MemberHi Marianne!
Thanks for getting in touch with us!
After reviewing your request this essentially looks like a custom development task and so is outside of our stated scope of support.
Even so, we’d love to help you if we can. We do need to prioritize requests from other customers right at this time but I’ll certainly flag this with the team and – although we can’t make any promises – if we have time and space to come back and help we’ll be happy to do so.
In the meantime, if there is any more information you can share (including mocks) that will help us to better understand what you are seeking please do feel free to add them to this ticket.
If you urgently need help with this, however, you may instead wish to consider working with a suitably skilled developer or designer who can offer the additional level of support you require.
Thanks!

MemberHi Jenny,
Thanks for following up with this.
I’ve just checked the bug report and it seems the bug has already been fixed by the developer in charge. It still has to undergo QA test before it gets released, but it has been included to be released in our next deployment of our Event Aggregator service.
If you still want to proceed with the refund, please let me know and I’ll take care of it.

MemberHi Becky!
I’m really sorry to hear that your client wants to move into another direction. I do totally understand your frustrations with the issues you are experiencing.
However, we believe the source of the database problem is not within our plugins as there is not a single SQL DROP statement in our plugins that would make a database table to be removed.
We would like to get to the bottom of the submission form issue though. If for any reason you are unable to create a brand new site installation for testing purposes, we would like to know if you could share with us a copy of your site so we can run some tests on our end and hopefully find the source of this problem (and perhaps the database one too).
You can use a plugin like Duplicator > https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/ to do this and send us the copy of your site in a private reply.
Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund at this point as it is out of our 30-days refund policy
Please let us know about that.
Thanks,
VictorVictor
MemberHi Scott!
Thanks for following up to let us know about that.
I’m glad you were able to solve it that way. However, if for any reason you experience the problem again, please try downgrading and let us know if it makes the issue disappear.
We’ll also let you know when he have an update on our end.
We appreciate your help and patience with this.

MemberHi Scott!
I’m sorry to hear you are having that error. We’ve had some other users reporting a similar error and we are already investigating it.
I will link this thread to the report so we can let you know as soon as we have an update for it.
In the meantime, downgrading to Events Calendar PRO version 4.4.23 seems to avoid the issue. Here’s a guide on how to downgrade a plugin > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/downgrading-plugin-past-version/
Thanks,

MemberHi John!
Thanks for keeping us posted about this.
Yes, you can modify how far in the future to import events by navigating to your wp-admin > Events > Settings > Imports tab and under Global Import Settings you’ll find the Import Limit Type and Import Date Range Limit options.
As for the Facebook URL, I can also confirm that I’m able to import events from it.
Please let me know if modifying the import limit option works for you.
Thanks,

MemberHi Herve!
Thanks for following up with this.
I’ve just made some tests and I don’t think those links are generated anywhere by our plugins. Could you please let me know if you are generating those manually somewhere, or where do you see them being generated?
Thanks,
VictorVictor
MemberHi João!
Thanks for following up with this.
We are starting to commit new translations for our plugins ourselves, and Portuguese is one of the languages we’re interested in getting fully translated. But for our free plugins those translations need to be approved by a translator editor for that language, so it may take some time before those are available.
As you requested, I’ve just made this topic publicly available.
Also the months [series_end_date] are not being translated.
Could you please share with us a link to where you are seeing this? I’ll try to look for the translation of that string and see if it’s available for Portuguese and point you to where you can find the translation for that.
Thanks,
