    Craig,

    Are you saying that you can change the label to other words and it works, but using “teacher” and it doesn’t work?

    Are you visiting the permalinks page after making the change? Have you tried viewing the page in an incognito window? Have you removed the custom code that you were using in the past?

    Do you have a staging or live site online where I can see this for myself?

    Hi again!

    I’m glad you were able to solve the first issue.

    To hide the price for events, you could create a custom template and remove the part that outputs the cost. For more information on creating custom templates for the event views, please see our Themer’s Guide.

    Another, simpler option would be to hide the cost field with CSS.

    You could use the following CSS snippet to hide the cost field on both the events page and in single events:

    .tribe-events-cost, .ticket-cost {
    display: none!important;
    }

    If you only want to do this on certain events, you will need to target them additionally with the event id.

    It looks like your single events are using the “page.php” template from your theme. Have you added the breadcrumbs code to this template in your child theme? Is the code wrapped in any conditionals, like “is_archive()” etc?

    I’m not sure if the SKU is utilized in Tribe Commerce. I have asked about this, and will let you know when I find out.

    The three issues we are dealing here

    * Ticket Stock not being correct with shared tickets
    * Paypal Payments for return customer using the same invoice number and not going through.
    * Ticket End Sales time not respecting the Timezone

    have all been reported as being recently fixed. If you are using the latest updates, and still experiencing the issues, I will need to go through the steps with you to see if I can reproduce the problems. Then I will need to create a new bug ticket explaining the steps we took.

    First, let’s focus on the PayPal issue.

    Can you provide your system information?

    Also can you clarify what you mean by “you removed the first ticket and went to pay for the second?” It sounds like you have paid for the two tickets, but are trying to buy one of the tickets again? Can you explain step by step what you are doing that leads up to this issue?

    There’s a couple of things you can try here while testing this. First, when going to purchase a ticket, do so from an incognito window. Second, please switch to the Twenty Seventeen theme and disable all non Events Calendar plugins. If it turns out there is a theme or plugin conflict, we can address that differently. But getting things working with the defaults is a good first step.

    Just following up to let you know that the other issues you are experiencing were logged in a separate ticket than the issue that Victor reported on. Those issues obviously haven’t been resolved yet.

    Ticket Stock Issue

    When you tested the new tickets, were they on the same event as the existing ones from May 20? I think for this test to work, we would need to delete the existing tickets since they are shared. Since these are actual tickets that have been sold to attendees, we may need to create a test event and try out the new tickets there, so they are not sharing capacity with the old tickets.

    Timezone Issue

    I just tested this on my local setup, and the ticket form was gone a minute after the time I had set as the end sale date. Are you actually in the New York timezone yourself?

    Other Questions

    * There is not an option for a validated phone number field.
    * The SKU field is optional and is of most use to merchants with an existing stock-keeping unit system.
    * I have not heard of anyone else having that particular PayPal issue. I can ask around to see if anyone else has encountered it.
    * Since I am helping with these issues, there will be no problem getting a refund if you still want when we conclude this support thread.

    Hi Ambroise,

    Thanks for sharing your workaround. Can you please create your own support thread for this issue if you haven’t already? This will help our developers prioritize the bug fixes they are working on. The more official reports, the higher priority a bug will be given.

    Unfortunately, we cannot provide a timeline for when the fix will be released. Creating your own thread will also have the benefit of allowing you to receive a notification when the fix is published.

    Hi Craig,

    Anytime you make a change to the URL structure, you will need to visit the permalinks page to “reset” everything. I just tried this out on my local install, and I was able to change all the “organizer” stuff to “teacher.” As expected, it didn’t fully work until I visited the permalinks page. After getting it working, I disabled the plugin, and the “organizer” url didn’t resolve until I again visited the permalinks page.

    It sounds to me this is exactly what you are describing, but please correct me if I’m mistaken. Also, please remove any custom code you may have added while we are troubleshooting.

    Are you saying the relabeler plugin is not working at all with your theme? You have your theme listed as Twenty Seventeen, but this is the theme I am testing with on my end. If this is not correct, can you tell me what theme you are using?

    I’m glad the PDF tickets extension will work for you!

    I don’t see a photo uploaded in your reply, but I did take a look at your site. Avada creates their own custom templates for our plugin, and we don’t have any control over some of the things they modify.

    I’m guessing from your description that you were talking about the “tickets left” part of the event info? If so, I was able to modify this with the following CSS:


    .tribe-tickets-left {
    color: white!important;
    }

    Let me know if that’s what you were asking about and if that CSS works for you.

    I’m glad to hear the PayPal issues are fixed for you now.

    Regarding the stock issues, when were these tickets originally created? It may be possible that if they were created while there was a certain bug present, that they won’t behave correctly even though the original problem has been patched. I do see that a similar issue was fixed back at the very end of May. Were these events or tickets created just around then?

    If these tickets were created awhile back, you could try the following: Set up a new ticket with the right capacity settings. Then move the already sold tickets to this one. Then delete the ‘old’ ticket which is causing the capacity issue. Are the purchased tickets actual purchases? Or just test purchases? If the latter, you could skip the steps with moving anything, and just try re creating them and testing again.

    For the timezone issues, can you tell me what you have set for the following:

    Events > Settings > General > Time Zone Mode

    and, the timezone that is set for one of the events in question, in the “Time and Date” section of the settings.

    To request a refund for Aggregator, you can fill out the form on the bottom of the Refunds page.

    I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with the Week view. I will try to help you figure out the problem.

    Can you try temporarily switching to the Twenty Seventeen theme and disabling all other plugins to see if this is a theme or plugin conflict? For more information on this process, check out the Testing for Conflicts Guide.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out. I will try to help you with this if I can.

    Can you tell me what the name of the plugin is that adds the “advanced layout editor?” And to clarify, there are no other issues with TEC Pro when that plugin is not activated?

    I have seen quite a few incompatibilities with the Enfold theme. We cannot guarantee our products to work with every theme or plugin out there, but we use WordPress standards and best practices as a guide to make them compatible with as many things as possible.

    That being said, we’re open to seeing what incompatibilities there are, and if there’s anything we can do to help from our end, we’re happy to try.

    Can you take post a screenshot of any errors that are showing in your browser console on one of the pages where you are seeing this issue? This would be a good starting point. Also, was this working for you with previous versions of TEC Pro? If so, can you tell me what version it stops working? You can download previous versions of our plugins from your downloads page.
