KeymasterHi there!
I’m sorry to hear that you are having issues with the filterbar. This sounds like one of our known issues. Do the choices have a space anywhere, as in between multiple words? With the current versions of the plugins, any options with spaces in them are not being filtered properly.
Let me know if that is the same issue that you are having.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there!
Thanks for reaching out! I will try to help with your questions.
The single licenses will work on the multisite, but you would need to manually download updates. If you are wanting to use any of the products on just a single site within a multisite, you do not need the multisite version.
All of the Aggregator licenses can be used on up to 10 sites.
While we don’t have any “official” bundles for multisite licenses, we do have a special offer that applies a coupon when purchasing the three products you mentioned together. If you want to go that route, use this link: https://theeventscalendar.com/?promo=bundle:multisite:importer.
Hope that helps! Please let me know if you have any further questions about this.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there!
Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing this problem. This is actually a known issue that is being worked on.
I’m going to attach this thread to the bug ticket, and mark it as “pending fix.” Someone will follow back up with you here once the issue has been fixed and released.
Thanks for your patience, and please let me know if you have any questions in the meantime.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Craig!
I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with the organizer pages. I will try to help you figure out the issue.
The first thing I would check: do you have a post or page with the slug “teacher?” Even if it exists in the “trash” this could cause problems with the urls resolving correctly.
If that is not the case, then the next thing I would check: do the organizer pages work correctly if you don’t relabel them and use the default URL structure?
Thanks,
SkySky
KeymasterHi there!
Thanks for reaching out. I will try to help with your issue.
From the screenshot you provided, it appears that the error is coming from the WooCommerce Mulitlingual plugin. Here’s the steps I would take to try and fix this:
* Disable or delete the WooCommerce Multilingual plugin.
* Make sure that all of your Events Calendar plugins are updated to the latest versions.
* Update any of your WooCommerce plugins.
* Try re-enabling/re-installing the WooCommerce Multilingual plugin. If the above steps don’t resolve the issue, and the error only shows when the multilingual plugin is activated, you may need to contact the plugin developers for the Multilingual plugin, as we cannot guarantee compatibility with third party plugins or themes.
Let me know if that helps, or if you have any other questions.
Thanks,
SkySky
KeymasterHi there!
Thanks for reaching out! I will try to help with your questions.
You might check out our free extension, PDF Tickets. If you need to customize it even more than that, it may be possible to create custom email templates if you are familiar with PHP. You can read more about customization in our Themer’s Guide.
Let me know if that helps, and if you have any other questions.

KeymasterHi there!
I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with the calendar display. I will try to help if I can.
To clarify, this issue doesn’t occur when you switch to a different theme? We can’t guarantee our plugins to work with all the themes out there. If the issue is specific to your theme, you may need to contact the theme developer for help.
There is one thing I can suggest. Can you tell me what you have selected in Events > Settings > Events Template? What happens if you switch this to “Default Events Template?”
Let me know if that has any effect.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there!
Thanks for reaching out! I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with the events showing up in your main post feed. I will try to help figure out the problem.
Can you tell me what you have set for Events > Settings > “Include events in main blog loop”? This should be checked.
Actually, taking a look at your events page, I don’t see any events. Are you sure there is some future events scheduled, and that they are published? Can you provide a link to one of these events?
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there!
I’m sorry to hear that you’re having difficulties with the prev/next links. I will try to help you get this sorted out.
If I go to your main calendar page and click on the sugarland category, I am able to navigate through the months without issue. However, on the shortcode page I see what you are saying. I was able to reproduce this in my test environment, and it turns out this is an issue that has been reported by others.
I am going to attach this thread to the bug ticket and mark it “pending fix.” As soon as this is addressed, someone will follow back up with you here to let you know about the release. Unfortunately, I cannot provide a timeframe for when this will happen, but our developers are hard at work finding a solution.
Thanks for reporting the issue! Please let me know if you have any questions in the meantime.
Thanks,
SkyJune 20, 2018 at 9:15 am in reply to: Is there a way to make the single-page permalink not date-specific? #1557163Sky
KeymasterHi there!
Thanks for reaching out. I will try to help you with this.
Multiday events do not display the “event has passed” notification or have the date on the URL, but recurring event instances do.
Each instance of a recurring event is considered a separate event, so not displaying a message that the event has passed would be inconsistent with the rest of the user experience.
My recommendation would be to use the domain.com/event/name/all approach as you mentioned, so people could see when the next event is.
While it may be possible to redirect past events to the next upcoming event, this is not something the plugin can do by default. If you’d like to suggest this as a feature, you can visit our User Voice Forum to share your idea.
Hope that helps! Let me know if you have any further questions about this.
Thanks,
SkySky

KeymasterHi again,
It looks like you need to manually add code to your template to get it to display. So, if you have added this to the template that is selected in your display settings, it should show. You can read more about adding that here: https://mtekk.us/archives/guides/calling-the-breadcrumb-trail/.
There also seems to be settings for each post type in the Breadcrumb plugin settings.
Good luck! Let us know if you have any questions or issues in the future.
