KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for reaching out. I’d be happy to help with your question.
In Events > Settings > “End of day cutoff” you can set this to a later time if you have events that run past midnight.
Let me know if that helps!

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for reaching out. I will try to help with your question if I can.
Can you provide some more details about what you’re trying to do here?
Are you referring to the ics file that is provided when you click the “Export Events” button on the bottom of the calendar pages?
Regards,
SkySky

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for reaching out. I will try to help with your questions.
There is not a way to change the mapping that I’m aware of. You can certainly suggest this as a feature on our User Voice Forum.
The organizer would be added to the ics file as per the specifications outlined here: https://www.kanzaki.com/docs/ical/organizer.html
Hope that helps! Please let me know if you have any additional questions about this.

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for reaching out. I will try to help with your question.
The easiest way to achieve this would be with some CSS. Paste this in your child theme CSS, or in the Customizer CSS panel.
.page-id-2 .tribe-venue {
display: none!important;
}
This will only affect that particular page.
Let me know if that works for you.

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for reaching out. This is actually a known issue that is being worked on. The problem is a result of Microsoft doing things outside of the “iCal” standard.
As a possible workaround, can you try setting your site’s timezone to “utc based” instead of “city based” as we normally recommend?
I will attach this thread to the bug ticket, and we will follow up with you here when we have a fix available for this.
Please let me know if you have any questions about this in the meantime.
Thanks,
SkySky
KeymasterHi there,
I’d be happy to help with your issue.
Looking at the page you linked to, I do not see a ticket form or a “tickets remaining” component. Do you have another link to an event where this is displaying?
Also, note that the Eventbrites tickets interface that displays on single events is generated by Eventbrite within an iframe, and cannot be styled from your end.
Thanks,
SkySky
KeymasterHi Cordelia,
Thanks for reaching out! I’d be happy to help with your question.
The Events Calendar does allow you to import events to your site via CSV. To learn more about how that works, check out the following articles:
* https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-the-events-calendars-csv-importer/
* https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/csv-files-options-and-examples/Regarding pushing events to facebook: This is not something our plugins can do. Facebook is very strict about allowing third parties to interact with their APIs, and we had to recently remove support for importing events FROM facebook.
Hope that helps!
Please let us know if you have any additional questions about this.
Thanks,
SkySky
KeymasterHi again,
1) You can create a scheduled event and set the type to “on demand” and then just run it manually as needed.
2) Yes, your main Eventbrite page url should import any events you have on Eventbrite. You can also target individual events by entering the specific event URL here.
Thanks,
SkySky
KeymasterHi again,
Awesome! Glad I could help.
Please let us know if you have any other questions in the future.

KeymasterHi again,
Once the maintenance release is out later today, update all of your plugins and test things again. If the update doesn’t fix things, please follow up on the original thread if it is set to “pending release”.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi again,
Yes, I can see how that would be confusing.
We’ll let you know as soon as we have an update for this.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi again,
Great! It sounds like it’s working.
Import Type: Do you want this to run on a scheduled interval, or just once?
Import Source: You could use either method here. People sometimes have issues with the former, so if that that doesn’t work for you, try just entering the Eventbrite URL to the main page for the organization.
Hope that helps!
Thanks,
SkyOctober 3, 2018 at 9:11 am in reply to: Unable to Import Events from my Organizer ID or connected Eventbrite account #1636344Sky
KeymasterHi again,
Strange, I see the event now, and am able to import it. It definitely wasn’t there the last time I tried that.
I’m not sure why it doesn’t show your events when you have it set to “your Eventbrite account.” Can you try choosing the “from URL” option here, and enter your Eventbrite organizer URL?
Also, are you able to create an event on your site, and push it up to Eventbrite?
Thanks,
