We have ticketing working perfectly with one exception. after tickets are purchased if someone goes to order tickets for another event when they are sent off to paypal their cart still have the previous tickets in the cart. Why isn’t the cart clearing? Can i clear the cart anytime the buy now button is clicked?
I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with the Tickets Plugin. Unfortunately, we do not handle support requests here on the Pre Sales forum. If you have a license for one of our premium plugins, you can log in with the email associated with the license and post in the relevant Pro forum.
