ParticipantHi Luis,
So sorry you’re having this problem, but I’m happy to help!
Recurring events is a function of TEC PRO, so while it’s a silly question, I must ask, have you associated your license key with your plugin? Without this step, the recurring function may not work. (Read more on that here)
That aside, because I’m unable to replicate this issue on my testing server, this seems that it may be a theme or plugin conflict. Though you may have already done this, would you please work through the steps here to test for a conflict? This will help me be able to better assist you. π
Let me know about all of that and we’ll work this out from there. π
Best,
Shelby π

ParticipantHey Wayne,
So strange! This is the second mobile breakpoint issue I’ve come across today, though this is the opposite of the other client (his is only displaying in mobile styles!) Let’s see what we can do here:
This is clearly a styling issue, so let’s try to isolate it:
1. I’d recommend first trying some of the other options under “Events>Settings>Display>Default stylesheet used for events templates.” See if one of the other settings solves your problem. (This is the easy fix.)
2. If that doesn’t help, test for conflicts to see if it is a problem with the theme or with one of your plugins.
Let me know how that goes, and we’ll work on it from there!
Cheers,

ParticipantHi James,
Thanks for using our plugins, let’s see if we can get you squared away here!
For some reason your calendar is outputting with the mobile layout styles. Are you by chance minifying the CSS on your site? It’s possible it’s a conflict caused by that process.
Also, I noticed you have a caching plugin installed. Just for good measure, would you clear the cache and see if that has any impact? Sometimes that causes the weirdest issues.
Let me know what happens with those steps, and we’ll work from there!
Best,
Shelby π

Thanks for using our plugins! π
We actually have a knowledgebase article about that here. Please let me know if you have any questions about it!

ParticipantHi Ron,
Thanks for getting in touch here!
This is very strange indeed. Let’s see what we can do about it…
It seems that it may be a theme or plugin conflict. Would you please work through the steps here to test for a conflict? This will help me be able to better assist you. π
Also, would you mind sending me a link to a test event where I can “purchase” a $0 ticket to see the issue firsthand?
Thanks!

ParticipantHi Sarah,
So sorry you’re having trouble with this!
This seems to be more of a WooCommerce question, than one about our plugins, as our plugins don’t generate coupon codes, but just take advantage of that WooCommerce feature. I’d advise reaching out via their support channels here for help with this.
So sorry I can’t be of more assistance here, & best of luck with this!

ParticipantHi Jeremy,
Happy to help out here!
Please download your copy of the plugin from your dashboard in our site, and only install it according to the number of licenses you have. This should solve the issue. π The PUE helper function is one that ties license keys to each plugin copy.
Let me know if you’ve done that and are still having trouble. π
Best,

ParticipantHi Ollie,
Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, this seems to be more of a WordPress question, than one specific to the features of our plugins.
To that end, I think you may find the following helpful to get on the right track to finding a solution that will work for you:
- This Stackoverflow question about adding “Posted On” before post published date
- This Codex article on the function that gets the date. π
Hope this helps!
Best,
Shelby π

ParticipantHi Val,
Thanks for considering our plugins! I’m happy to help answer your questions!
So, the short answer is that we can’t guarantee compatibility with any outside plugin. However, our plugin does use WooCommerce to sell tickets, so theoretically, anything currently working with WC, probably won’t change.
That said, here are some other things to keep in mind:
- If the plugin doesn’t work as desired, you can request a hassle-free refund within the first 30 days. π
- We have a PDF ticketing extension here (which is totally free) that may provide some of the same functionality for tickets specifically. π
Hope this helps!
Best,

May 11, 2017 at 1:23 pm in reply to: Setting events to appears in the blog post loop not functioning #1282548Shelby
ParticipantHi Yves,
While our plugin does support post categories for events, we don’t support or guaranteeΒ compatibility with Visual Composer blog list elements, as VC is a plugin, and not a default WordPress functionality. We can only guarantee compatibility with default WordPress functionality. Perhaps reaching out to Visual Composer’s support would help out with this?
Thanks for understanding!

May 11, 2017 at 1:12 pm in reply to: which js file controls the pop-up box on hovering in calendar view? #1282543Shelby
ParticipantHey AJ,
Thanks for looking into that. I definitely think the changes you’ve made will be helpful. I also think you should check out the following resources:
- This Article about Performance Considerations
- and This one about Caching
- finally, Perhaps Geoff’s comments here will be helpful
Unfortunately, this is about the extent of the help I can provide on this issue, as it seems to be a combination of factors, and not necessarily super related to our plugins. It may also be helpful to take a look at your server limitations and talk to your hosting company to see if upgrading or any further server caching techniques might be able to help with this?
Best of luck with this project!
