ParticipantHi Edward,
Thanks for considering our plugins. π

ParticipantHi Sara,
I’m happy to help answer your questions.
While the event calendar won’t reflect the “sold out” status, your Eventbrite data will be pulled into the event page where your patrons will see that there are no more tickets available for purchase. π

ParticipantHi Tiffany,
I’m happy to help. π I had to do some testing with this one!
As it turns out, editing tickets in your event on the site will just send you to Eventbrite to edit tickets there. So, unfortunately displaying only selected events isn’t really an option at this time.
That said, Β your client could, theoretically, just create a VIP version of the event to sell VIP tickets, and a General Admission version of each event. Then you can just import the General Admission versions to the site.
Let me know if there’s anything else I can help you with on this one!
Thanks,
Shelby π

ParticipantHi Roger,
Thanks for using our plugins, I’m happy to help and provide some clarification!
Unfortunately, at this time, it’s not a built in option to change the view for recurring events, but this change could be made with some customization. I recommend checking out the following resources if you’d like to try making these changes yourself or to find someone to help out with this:
TEC Settings Overview (To check out the available options in the plugin)
Themer’s Guide (Help for making the changes yourself)
Customization Guide (To find help with making custom changes)Best,

ParticipantHi there Marcus,
Thanks for considering our plugins! I’m happy to help answer your questions. π
Unfortunately, events must be pulled in from Facebook pages specifically, so a location/place wouldn’t work properly. However, you could import from multiple venues within a city with ease.
Hope this answers your question, let me know if you have follow up questions or need clarification on this!

ParticipantHey Kathryn,
I’m looking into this and doing some testing!
In the meantime, if you could answer some questions for me, it would be super helpful:
- How many events are being imported per day (roughly)?
- This seems that it may be a theme or plugin conflict. Would you please work through the steps here to test for a conflict?
Having this information will help me to rule out a few things and allow me to better assist you. π
Let me know, and we’ll work on this problem form there!
Cheers,

ParticipantHi Wayne,
This kind of a changeΒ would require some customization, which unfortunately we can’t support on these forums as there are thousands of themes and endless configurations for sites within WordPress.
However, I REALLY want to try and get you on the right track making these changes, so I think you may find these resources helpful.
- We have some resources for making changesΒ here in our Themer’s Guide.Β
- If you need to find someone to help with the customizations, we also have some tips for finding help here.
Finally, I think you may find these resources about selectively disabling parent theme styles helpful:
Hope this helps!
Thanks,
Shelby
ParticipantHi there Jeremy,
I’m going to do some more testing on this issue, and reach out to my colleagues if I’m unable to replicate the error.
In the meantime, would you please work through the steps here to test for a conflict, and flush the site’s cache if it’s enabled? This will help meΒ rule out a couple of things. π
Best,
Shelby π

ParticipantHi Gianni,
Thanks for reaching out here!
Just to clarify, and cover my bases, have you followed all the steps in this new user primer for installing and configuring Events Calendar PRO?
Also, could you try rephrasing exactly what the issue you’re experiencing is and/or what features you seem to be missing, I’m not quite understanding exactly what you mean here.
Thanks!

ParticipantHi there Tilde,
I’m happy to help here! π
Our plugins use WooCommerce for handling the ecommerce side of things, so the best way to go about this would be to set up Stripe as your payment processor for WooCommerce. π
It appears that you have a couple of different options for doing that with WooCommerce, which I’ve shared links to below, though you’ll obviously have to vet them for your needs.
Best of luck with your project!

ParticipantHi Marianne,
Thanks for posting, Iβm happy to help.:)
This kind of request would require some customization that isn’t supported on this forum. The primary purpose of these forums is to get our built in features operating correctly and to field bug reports.
However, I do have some resources that I think you’ll find helpful for this:
- We have some resources to guide you in customizing your pluginΒ here.
- If you need to find someone to help with the customizations, we also have some tips for finding help here.
- Finally, I think you’ll find this plugin helpful for creating custom sidebars in WordPress. π
Best,
Shelby π
