ParticipantHi Kevin,
I’m not having any trouble clicking the buttons inside the tooltips on your calendar at this time, are you still having this issue, or did you figure it out? I’ve asked my team for their input on this as well, so if you’re still having issues, I should be able to follow up soon. π

ParticipantHey AJ,
No worries! Let’s try an alternative method to see what’s slowing things down then. π
Would you mind installing this plugin and running itΒ to see what’s hogging the server resources?
I agree that these conflicts are unfortunate, but I think there may be something we could do If I had some more information.
Cheers,

ParticipantHi Anandamayi,
Yes, Event Tickets plus requires an ecommerce solution to sell tickets, and I recommend using WooCommerce based on your needs.
You can read more about how to configure that here. π It may also be helpful for you to reference the Event Tickets Plus new user primer as you’re getting everything set up.
Please let me know if you have any further questions about this!
Cheers,

ParticipantHey Michael,
So I have some good news for you! π
Our extensions team has put this on the agenda, and in the meantime, one of our team members created this snippet for you to sort the attendees list alphabetically! π
Just paste it into the functions.php file, and let me know if you need any further help with this! π
Cheers!

ParticipantHey Joao,
Thanks for working through the documentation I sent, that’s super helpful! π
SinceΒ the tags seem to work with the default Twenty-Seventeen, I’d suggest reaching out to your theme developer for support with this issue, as we unfortunately, per our forum guidelines, can’t support theme conflicts on this forum.
Best of luck with your project! Let us know should you have any questions in the future!

ParticipantOk, let’s try this:
.headline_text{ display: none;}
It may also be worth reaching out the the theme developer in this case, but let me know if that works!

ParticipantHi AJ,
I’m not certain as to why you’re experiencing slow load times with your calendar. Because I’m unable to replicate this issue on my testing server, this seems that it may be a theme or plugin conflict. Would you please work through the steps here to test for a conflict?
This will help me be able to better assist you. π
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Titus,
I’d love to help you out here! At this time, that’s not a built in option, but I recommend checking out the following resources:
TEC Settings Overview (To check out the available options in the plugin)
Themer’s Guide (Help for making the changes yourself)
Customization Guide (Help finding help with making custom changes)Please let me know if you have any follow up questions or need clarifications on any of this. π

ParticipantHi Chad,
So glad you’re so happy with our plugins, I’m happy to help you out here! π I’m going to respond below to your comments in italics:
1) The ability to automatically import ICS calendar events from other sites and manage/display them on our site.
For this functionality, I’d recommend using Event Aggregator. With this tool you can schedule ics imports.
2) The ability to embed our calendar (preferably via javascript, not an iframe) into the sites of our collaborators.Unfortunately, at this time, this isn’t a feature, however, we will likely have a solution for this soon, and a member of our team may be reaching out with a few questions for you along these lines. π
Please let me know if you have any follow up questions or need clarification on anything!
Best,
Shelby π
