Could I kindly ask you a question relating to the final confirmation page after booking an event.
After our user successfully books their ticket (either paid, or free), is there an option to redirect them to a URL of my choosing?
For instance at present I have thank you/confirmation pages setup on my website for each event, which has my google adwords conversion tracking code for that event, as well as other relevant information I wish to convey to my customers after their successful checkout – is it possible to link to these pages after checkout, with event tickets plus?
I look forward to hearing back from you about whether this is possible or not.

I saw that event tickets plus comes with premium support. What does this include?
Does it include support tickets? And how soon are replies to my tickets expected?

I’m happy to answer your questions here!
So, your first question is more of a question about WooCommerce, as that’s how checkout is handled with our plugins. I think you might find this article helpful about how you might implement a custom Β thank you page after check out. π There are also a couple of plugins that might be helpful here and here.
As for your second question, you can find the support forum guidelines outlined here. We typically respond within 24 hours during business hours. π

So Can I just confirm – do all event ticket bookings go through woocommerce?

Yes, Event Tickets plus requires an ecommerce solution to sell tickets, and I recommend using WooCommerce based on your needs.
You can read more about how to configure that here. π It may also be helpful for you to reference the Event Tickets Plus new user primer as you’re getting everything set up.
