ParticipantHi Adam,
I’m happy to help you out here!
Unfortunately, at this time there is no built in way to set this as a default option. However, a developer may be able to help you implement this customization. We have some freelancers here that you may want to reach out to if you don’t have a developer.
Also, feel free to make this suggestion in our feature request system, so that we can potentially put it on our future development roadmap. π
Let me know if you have any follow up questions or need clarification on any of this!
Cheers,
Shelby π

ParticipantHi Math,
This may be related to browser caching if you have any caching plugins enabled or if your hosting company implements this automatically? Either way, you should be able to permanently hide the attendee lists with this bit of CSS:
.tribe-attendees-list-container{ display: none;}
Let me know if you have any follow up questions for this or need any clarification about how to implement! π

ParticipantHi David,
I’m totally happy to help you here! π
So you’ll want to changeΒ your CSS (as we’ve made some recent changes). Your new code should look like this:
.tribe-events-style-full .tribe-tickets-remaining { display: none !important;}
Let me know how that goes and if you have any follow up questions for this!
Cheers,

ParticipantHi Simone,
I’m happy to answer your question here!
Unfortunately there’s not a way to automate that process at this time. However, a developer may be able to help you out with that. We have some resources for finding developers here. You can also suggest this as a future feature for development on our feature request system here. π
Let me know if you have any follow up question or need any clarifications on this! π

ParticipantHi Anandamayi,
I’m happy to answer your questions here!
So, your first question is more of a question about WooCommerce, as that’s how checkout is handled with our plugins. I think you might find this article helpful about how you might implement a custom Β thank you page after check out. π There are also a couple of plugins that might be helpful here and here.
As for your second question, you can find the support forum guidelines outlined here. We typically respond within 24 hours during business hours. π
Let me know if you have any follow up questions or need clarification on any of this. π
Best,
Shelby π

ParticipantHi Yves,
After checking with the team yesterday, we did determine that there is a conflict on this with the way you’re using Visual Composer. Sorry you beat me to the punch here, (you were first on my list for this morning!) Unfortunately, we can’t support this conflict, per our support policy, nor can I test specifically for this configuration, as that would require us to purchase VC.
That’s great to have a developer in your court though! For these kinds of customizations for compatibility issues, that’s a must. If you are looking for some further support from a developer, you can check out our developer recommendations. π
Cheers,
Shelby

ParticipantHi Rene,
These definitely sound like tough issues! Let’s see if we can sort these out. π Also, thanks for using The Events Calendar, by the way. We appreciate it!
So, I’m unable to replicate these issues on my testing server, so they may be related to a theme or plugin conflict. Would you please work through the steps here to test for a conflict? This will help me be able to better assist you. π
Let me know what you find out & we’ll go from there!

ParticipantHey there Brandon,
So sorry you’re having this issue! I’d love to help you out here. π
So I looked into your information, and it looks like you’re using an older version of the plugin. Would you mind upgrading for me first to see if that resolves the issue?
Let me know how that goes, and we’ll go from there.

ParticipantHi there AJ,
So sorry to hear you’re having this trouble! Working around conflicts can be tricky for sure. Let me take a look! π
So I believe the javascript files you should exclude are the following:
- tribe-events.js
- tribe-events-pro.js
Let me know how that goes and if you have any further questions!

ParticipantHi Judith,
Let’s try a different selector here:
.entry-title h1{visibility: hidden;
}Yes, you should paste it into the “Additional CSS” spot. π Let me know how this goes. Each theme is a bit different.
