BUG: Missing details from custom form even when chekout is completed.

Hi i have 2 problems

i’m not getting info from custom form of some users even when are required fields and later checkout is competed with billing details of them.

also i have a problem, appears that some users are being registered as my admin name on billing information, i thought was some testing purchases but dont, they were real customers who get my info on billing. any idea?

So, I’m unable to replicate these issues on my testing server, so they may be related to a theme or plugin conflict. Would you please work through the steps here to test for a conflict? This will help me be able to better assist you. 🙂
