ParticipantHi Scott,
I totally understand. It seems my last reply didn’t post. π Β Sorry about that! I’ll respond below in italics.
**** We are pulling in from Facebook feeds. Is it possible if you schedule to import from the same feed twice by accident that it wonβt catch the duplicates? How can we fix if so? Wonder if this is whatβs happening, but not sure.
Yes, if you have your plugin configured to Β import from the same Facebook feed more than once, then it won’t catch the duplicates. I’d suggest cancelling the imports and re-establishing just one if that’s the case.
β Is there a way to autotag imports? In our case, we want to pull events from multiple organizers in multiple cities β How can we create what are in effect multiple calendars, with each submissions from each city separated to the appropriate calendar?
***** There must be a workaround β any thoughts? Iβm guessing one way to do this is to assign everything a category β e.g. Jacksonville vs. Hartford β and offer a filtered view default on certain pages (e.g. /calendar/hartford vs /calendar/jacksonville). But how can I arrange to tag things appropriately, or make these filters work, if thereβs no autotagging β can I manually go in and update these in bulk? How often will I have to do so? Or is there a view command that I can link users to as a hyperlink that auto filters by location?
You can tag events with categories manually, but you’ll have to do this for every event. Alternatively, you can use our filter bar plugin and link to URLs based on location, venue etc. You can check out the plugin here.Β
Best,
Shelby π

ParticipantHi Yves,
I should have verified this earlier (so my apologies here), but have you configured your plugin according to this knowledgebase article to include your events in the blog loop?
Let me know!
Thanks,

ParticipantHi Judith,
Alright, on to my secondary solution. You can hide that title with this bit of custom CSS:
.headline-text{
visibility: hidden;
}Please let me know how that works for you!
Cheers,

ParticipantHi Kevin,
Somehow this slipped through my radar! Apologies for that. Can you let me know what browser you’re using where you’re experiencing this?

ParticipantHi Clifton,
Apologies on the delay here, there must be a glitch in the system, as I didn’t see this one in my queue (which I will look into). Did you end up checking into that solution? I’ll also follow up with Brook. π
Best,
Shelby π

ParticipantApologies for the delay Scott! I was out last week and there seems to have been a bit of a mix up as to the coverage for my existing topics.
I’ll be responding to these issues a bit later, but I just wanted to let you know that you haven’t been abandoned!

ParticipantHi Janneke,
Apologies for the delay here. I was out for a bit last week and there was apparently some confusion as to coverage for my existing threads. If you would like further support, as I’ve stated a few times, I need you to perform the conflict testing. As per our support terms, compliance with this troubleshooting step is required. We also do not log into client sites as a rule, so I’ve erased your credentials from the private reply for your protection.
Please complete the conflict testing so that I can help you.
Best,
Shelby

ParticipantApologies for the delay here Yves. I was out at the end of last week, and there was a bit of confusion about the process for covering my threads.
It seems that my code pasted incorrectly the first time. Here it is again:
div.tribe-bar-submit{
font-size: 1vw;
}Let me know if that works for you.

ParticipantHi Yves,
Apologies for the delay here, I was out at the end of last week, and there was a bit of miscommunication with how my threads were being covered in my absence. Unfortunately, per our terms of support, we’ll need you to find a time to perform the conflict testing in order to obtain further assistance.
lumiest,
Feel free to keep following this thread. However, we’d LOVE to help you more individually. We’ll be able to give you much better assistance if you can please open a separate thread for your similar issue. π
Cheers to you both! π
