    Hi there,

    Looking for help on an issue we are having. Once a user has registered for an event and has filled out their attendee information they cannot go back in and view their info on the front end of the website. Everything saves correctly, and all attendee info is good in the admin, ticket emails are good… it all looks good in the database.

    The example screen that I am referring to is:

    Unfortunately, though, that particular screen needs an account to be view-able.

    From what we can tell, all of the info is view-able except the select box fields. This ONLY seems to be a select box issue. I have run through the usual gambit of problems:

    • Updates of all related plugins. We are on a very recent release, but I have tried the latest versions as of this evening on our development server including the recent woo commerce 3 release.
    • Plugin conflicts. Everything possible has been removed.
    • Tried multiple PHP versions on the site.
    • No PHP errors across several versions.
    • No JavaScript errors.
    • Select2 is enabled fairly site-wide, but disabling makes no difference.

    Any insight into this issue would be greatly appreciated as we are in the midst of registration for a major Ontario educational conference.

    First, thank you for using our plugins. Second, thank you for all of the work you did prior to opening this ticket. That is an immense help! 🙂

    I clicked on your link, and wasn’t able to see the issues you describe, and as you mentioned, it’s probably because I wasn’t logged in? Could you possibly send me a screenshot or a screen capture video and denote the issues you’re having so that I can better assist you?
