ParticipantHey Derek,
After some thorough testing and finally replicating all of your settings, I’m sad to report that I’m unable to replicate this behavior in my testing environment. π
Because I’m unable to replicate this issue on my testing server, this seems that it may be a theme or plugin conflict. Would you please work through the steps here to test for a conflict? This will help me be able to better assist you. π
Let me know what you find out & we’ll go from there!
Best,
Shelby πShelby
ParticipantHi again,
Thanks for letting me know! I’m so glad you were able to resolve this!
Would you mind sharing your solution here (both because I’m curious, and to help others)? π

ParticipantHi there Nicolas,
I’m happy to help! π
This is actually an issue that is related to a bug that is one of our top priorities, and we’re in the process of taking care of, and should be resolved in the next maintenance release. I’ll associate your thread with the bug ticket so that you can be notified when this is resolved.
If you have any follow up questions or need any clarification on this, please let me know!
Best,

ParticipantHi Paul,
Thanks for including the gif! That’s super helpful π
So I did the same thing as you did in your gif, and wasn’t able to replicate the issue. A couple things:
Because I’m unable to replicate this issue on my testing server, this seems that it may be a theme or plugin conflict. Would you please work through the steps here to test for a conflict? This will help me be able to better assist you. π
Also, can you let me know if your general WordPress date settings match up to your Events Calendar date settings? I find it odd that your Β date picker defaulted to “invalid format.”
Let me know, and we can work this out together. π

May 31, 2017 at 12:43 pm in reply to: Filter for Featured events stops working if user hits Next Events #1291444Shelby
ParticipantHi there Debbi,
I’m happy to help out with this! Apologies for the delay.
This seems to be a bug with the shortcode, good catch! π I’m going to do some testing with this and document the issue.
In the meantime, I’d suggest limiting your list to the number of featured events you have with the “count” filter (i.e. count=”1″).
Please let me know if you have any follow up questions or need clarification for any of this. π
Cheers,
Shelby π

ParticipantHi Derek,
I’m working on this now. Do you have Yoast’s free or premium version? I seem to have different options than you do, so I’m guessing premium? π
Thanks,

ParticipantHi Angie,
Just to confirm, have you exceeded your 100 imports per day by chance?
Otherwise,Β because I’m unable to replicate this issue on my testing server, this seems that it may be a theme or plugin conflict. Would you please work through the steps here to test for a conflict? This will help me be able to better assist you. π
Let me know if you need any clarification on this!

ParticipantHi Pierre,
I’ve tested everything on my Windows laptop, and the tickets are rendering fine on my end. π Can you let me know which version of Windows your client is using? I’m running Windows 10.

ParticipantHey Paul,
Thanks for confirming this information for me. In order to help, I would like to get some more information from you, if I can:
-First, if you could please test for conflicts by following this documentation? Let me know what you find. This will help me determine how deeply we need to look into the specific configuration of your site, or if this is a bug. π
-Can you send me a link to a recurring event series on your site so I can see this firsthand? I can often be more helpful in giving solutions to problems I can see and interact with.
Thanks!

ParticipantHi there Mollean,
I spoke with Caroline and she said she’s re-generated your license key. Did that help with your issue?
Please let me know, though Caroline will be your best point of contact for resolving this.

ParticipantHi Pierre,
I’m happy to help out here, and I will do so as quickly as I am able! π
A couple questions:
- Are you referring to the functionality provided by the extension here?
- If so, can you make a test free event that I can “buy” a ticket too so that I can test this functionality?
- If not, can you expand on how to replicate the issues you’re experiencing?
I hope to get you squared away soon! π

ParticipantHi Bruce,
Unfortunately, this is a bit of a tricky request. π
There is currently not a way to have two units that draw from the same stock. You might be able to come up with some sort of a solution with this plugin from WooCommerce, but I would definitely reach out to their support first to verify that it will work with tickets.
Please let me know if you have any further questions or need any clarification about this.

ParticipantHi Wayne,
I’m happy to help out as I can here! π
Unfortunately, since our maps our generated with Google Maps, this is more of a Google Maps question than a question about our plugins. However, if you or your developer would like to try and make this sort of a customization, I think you might find this Google documentation helpful. π
Best of luck with this!
Please let me know if you have any follow up questions or if I can further clarify anything. π

May 30, 2017 at 7:17 am in reply to: Export showing attendees and woocommerce products ordered #1290738Shelby
ParticipantHi Paula,
This seems to be more of a WooCommerce question than a question about our plugins, as WooCommerce handles the ordering portion of the process. I think you’ll find this information on their site helpful for how you might accomplish this. π
Please reach out directly to WooCommerce with any further questions about exporting order information, but feel free to reach out to us with any questions or concerns you have regarding our plugins and their functionality.

ParticipantHey Frank,
I’m happy to help out here! Thanks for thoroughly troubleshooting beforehand, this helps us out a ton!
This sounds like it may be a database corruption error. Could you try a fresh WP install (perhaps on a subdomain) and see if the errors persist? I’d also recommend reaching out to your host to see if you can get a copy of the database from prior to when these issues started.
Let me know how this goes, and we’ll work on this from there!
Cheers,
Shelby π
