Sell individual seat tickets and tables of 10 seats

Hi,

I am using ET+ to sell seats at a dinner. You purchase individual tickets for $300 each, or tables of 10 for $3000.

We want to offer both options. Ie., if you want a table, you purchase qty 1 table, not qty 10 individual seats.

All of the seats come from the same stick – i.e., there is 200 seats in total, regardless of whether they are sold as tables or single seats.

I currently have the single seat option working fine.

The problem is, I can’t see anyway to have two products (single seat and single table) that utilise the same stock of seats. I want to keep things as flexible as possible without overselling seats or tables. Is there a way to do this?

Hi Bruce,

Unfortunately, this is a bit of a tricky request. 🙁

There is currently not a way to have two units that draw from the same stock. You might be able to come up with some sort of a solution with this plugin from WooCommerce, but I would definitely reach out to their support first to verify that it will work with tickets.
