    Hi Steph,

    Thanks for using our plugins,Β unfortunately, at this time, it’s not a built in option to change the view for recurring events, but this change could be made with some customization. I recommend checking out the following resources if you’d like to try making these changes yourself or to find someone to help out with this:

    Themer’s Guide (Help for making the changes yourself)
    Customization Guide (Help finding help with making custom changes)

    Hi Thomas,

    I’ve finally replicated this! I believe it is a bug. I’m going to be opening a bug ticket and confirming that my team can replicate it. After that I’ll reach out with any temporary solutions/workarounds we find, and you’ll be automatically notified when this is fixed. Your thread will be associated with the bug ticket, and marked “pending fix” until this is resolved. πŸ™‚

    Hi Judith,

    Yeah it seems that the theme has some sort of styling conflict that’s not allowing my advice to work. This can happen depending on how the theme developer set up the style sheets hierarchy. I definitely think you’re going the right route in reaching out to the theme developer. I’ll take another look and let you know if I have any further advice.

    Hi Jon,

    I’d be happy to try and help you find a new solution. I was under the impression that you specifically wanted to set EDD to a minimum quantity, which is more of an EDD question than a question with our plugins, and I was trying to help anyway, but I can see why it would appear a blame game.

    The arrows missing in internet explorer issue seems to be a bug. I can replicate it on my end. Β If you’d like, I can converse with my team to see if anyone has a work around. Otherwise, we’d definitely be sad to see you go, but certainly also understand if this bug means our plugin isn’t the right solution for you right now.

    My apologies for the lack of clarity Derek, settings for your SEO plugin. I was hoping that I’d be able to deduce the conflict from inspecting the page, but that was to no avail. πŸ™

    If you can send me some screenshots of how you have the plugin configured, I may be able to figure out where the conflict lies. (Specifically if you can use Yoast, as I’m able to test with that on my end)

    Unfortunately, we don’t have an officially supported solution for this, but I think you may find this plugin or this plugin helpful.

    Further assistance with customizing easy digital downloads should be sought from their support system.

    Hi Michael,

    I’ve done some more testing, and I’m still not able to replicate this. This almost certainly has to be a conflict with one of your other plugins. Can you deactivate the rest of your plugins, then clear your cache and see if the widget area is working properly? I can’t find another reason why this wouldn’t be working.

    I see that you’ve switched to the Twenty-Seventeen theme. Could you please set your theme to a 1 column layout instead of two so that I can troubleshoot the differences between the full width layout and mobile layouts please? πŸ™‚
